Unfortunately can not recommend this hostel to anyone; one of our international group's member got scammed via their pages and lost lots of money, and 2 members lost their personal information. This happens, but hostels reply was appalling: they didn't take any responsibility, didn't offer anything to soothe this harm (well, actually losing personal information due to data breakout is no 'harm' - it is really serious, and also is credit card freud) and told literally that 'it is not their problem'. After multiple requests we got free breakfast, which was very, erm, minimalistic :,D but that was all. Customer is not obviously their priority. Can't praise the place itself too much either - it reminded me of kindergarten or hospital, and vibe was the same. Only nice thing was firm beds but sleeping in crappy polyester sheets didn't help. Things happen and this could have been fixed with kindness n good customer service, but what we got was almost hostile response and our members still haven't got their money back or any info what happened to their personal data. I'm ashamed I suggested this place to our group but it was first time for me too. I waited excitedly this trip but got really bad experience. Suomenlinna is an interesting and beautiful island anyway. Hope they will do better next time :)
