The hotel's location is excellent, just a 10-25 minute walk from the central station. It's incredibly convenient for visiting attractions like Helsinki Cathedral, Uspenski Cathedral, and Oodi Central Library, all within a 20-25 minute stroll. Large shopping malls such as Stockmann, Citymarket, Forum, and Kamppi are also nearby, making it ideal for shopping. The only downside is that the bathroom's ventilation system needs improvement; the air doesn't circulate well, leading to an odor. Additionally, there's no separate shower area, which leaves the floor wet and slippery after a shower. Due to its ideal location and price, I would definitely stay here again if I return to Helsinki.

Very clean place. I enjoyed the single room with big bathroom in Lönnrotinkatu. The double has tiny bathroom and confusing shower tap.

Overall, our one night stay was great. The location is perfect and near to the central station.

I made this reservation of mistake. I wrote them to cancel the reservation. I made a request via Trip.com to cancel this reservation for free and they refuse it. They took my money and don't refund it back. Not recommended

There is no reception there, and the code will be provided to you for the Hostel entry and room. Nice room and a lot of space. There are Kettel, Refrigerator, and microwave to be provided. However, you cannot leave the luggage there as there is no reception.

This is a self-service hotel. A door code is sent to you before arrival. It's in a great location, with nearby restaurants and a convenience store across the street. Very close to Stockmann mall, Trams available about 2 streets away. I requested for tea and I found a generous amount of tea bags waiting for me. They also have a microwave, a mini fridge and electric kettle. The only problem was the bed. It wasn't comfortable for me. But if you are on a low budget, this is the best place to be.

Pros: Location was very good. Everything was nearby. Check in system was good. Cons: They should put slippers in the toilet. And for a couple room they should give a double bed not 2 single beds joined together.

I booked on the day of my stay and I didnt get my check in details til 5 minutes past the check in...The 5 minutes is not the issue but no update from 8am to 4pm about check in was a real pain and worry

lack of staff and initial room we were given had no ventilation and windows cannot be opened. have to make a call (where they stated charges applies) for a change in room. staff should check that ventilation and items are proper before assignment of rooms if it is supposed to be a contactless hotel. there is microwave though
