I had a comfortable stay at Omena Hotel Helsinki City Centre. The location is perfect—right in the city center, close to the main station and shops. The room was clean and had all the basics, and check-in was easy with a digital code. No daily housekeeping or luggage storage after check-out, but great for a short stay.

Zero service, everything is self-service. The entrance is hard to find. The bed's cleanliness was standard, but the toilet was mediocre, stained yellow, and the floor was uncomfortable to walk on. The transportation is so-so; nothing is particularly close or far.

It is a self check-in hotel that provides no front-desk services. It would have been a perfect practice if you preferred contactless and prompt check-in procedures (most of the process can be done days before online). Unfortunately, I actually needed the luggage storage service which is not provided by the hotel. Fortunately, there is a restaurant nearby which offers this service (but need to pay for it and the drop-off/pick up time is restricted to it’s opening hours). I would recommend this hotel if you are a backpacker instead of a traveller who carries many luggages like me :’(

Valued price for 3 people. Every thing just do online and self service. I saw only 1 person that work with cleaning. But all staying there just smoothly.Thanks.

Loved the concept  of a hotel with no reception and no staff - the checkin happened online, and the access code to the building and room was provided well in advance. The location of the hotel is excellent - just a 5 min walk to the central station. The room was cozy with a nice bed and amenities…
