Cipo Hengfeng

The environment here is lovely. You can see rolling mountains right from your window when you open the curtains. The room was also quite clean and tidy. We had lunch at the hotel, and the food was all pretty good. When you have some free time, the hotel also offers some handicraft activities, making it a perfect place to unwind and relax! A special shout-out to our butler, Youyou – her service was incredibly warm and she paid attention to so many little details. Thumbs up!

Our stay at this B&B was incredibly comfortable! From booking to check-out, everything was just perfect. The environment was clean and tidy, and the decor was cozy yet stylish. Our room had excellent natural light, and the bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a really peaceful sleep. The common areas were beautifully decorated, making for great photos. The surrounding area was also very quiet, a perfect escape from the city hustle, ideal for a relaxing getaway. The host, Xiao Jie, provided exceptional service – very warm and attentive. They were always quick to respond and resolve any issues, showing great attention to detail. Whether it was recommending food, planning routes, or handling everyday requests, everything was handled perfectly.

The moment I stepped into the Xipo Hengfeng B&B, I was deeply struck by the stunning scenery. Nestled against the backdrop of a mountain and water, the B&B is surrounded by lush greenery. In the early morning, a light mist lingered over the mountain like a veil. I am grateful to our housekeeper, Xiaojie, for his enthusiastic service. He knew every plant and tree in the area like the back of his hand and enthusiastically explained the stories behind each scene. He also shared information about nearby attractions.

A few years ago, I wanted to stay at Xipo in Zhongwei, but couldn't get a reservation. This time, to avoid the National Day crowds, I traveled a long way to stay for two nights, and it was truly worth it. The design, ambiance, cleanliness, and service quality are all exceptional. The restaurant's flavors easily won over my whole family, and I definitely gained weight after just a few meals there... The housekeeper, Xiaojie, was fantastic. He responded promptly and responsive to every request, taking excellent care of us. Every staff member I encountered at the B&B was incredibly welcoming. Beyond the usual politeness, they went a step further with a warm, "welcome to our home" warmth, something you don't often find at peak tourist season. The day we arrived, the sun was scorching. The staff member who escorted us to our room was quite slender. On the way, another customer called, and she immediately answered the phone, carrying a heavy suitcase up the stairs with one hand. Her tone remained patient and attentive, which is truly commendable. If I had a suggestion, it would be...get a membership for the TV in the room. I hope to see you again at Xipo.

I chose Xipo Hengfeng for my first stay in Xipo. It turned out to be a great choice. I was completely satisfied with the environment, food, facilities, family entertainment, and cleanliness. Our housekeeper, Xiaoman, was especially attentive and considerate from the moment we arrived, making our Xipo trip even more wonderful! Even our two children loved our housekeeper, Xiaoman. 👍 Compared to the crowded tourist attractions during the National Day holiday, choosing a quiet, less crowded mountain B&B is always my first choice. I spent two leisurely days in the B&B, and it was so relaxing. 😌

Staying at Xipo Hengfeng was a truly delightful experience. The B&B is nestled among terraced fields, its stone courtyard nestled amidst the green hills. From the window, you can enjoy the cascading mountain views, and the air is filled with the fragrance of trees and grass, creating a tranquil and soothing experience. Our housekeeper, Axing, was incredibly welcoming. He drove to pick us up right after we arrived at the parking lot, offered to carry our luggage, and provided a detailed guide to the B&B along the way. He even thoughtfully reminded us of the water temperature when he offered us water. He was incredibly caring and attentive throughout, making our stay incredibly relaxing.

The hotel uses local natural stone and repurposed components from old buildings into the room furniture and decor, creating a rustic and natural feel. The staff were all very nice and responsive, especially our housekeeper, Xiaoman. From attentive transportation tips and route planning before check-in, to arranging adjacent rooms for our two families, to proactively offering suggestions and iced water while I took photos at the hotel, all these qualities exemplified the professionalism of a quality housekeeper. They made up for some of the hotel's shortcomings in management. In short, this is a highly recommended hotel for those who enjoy nature and tranquility. Don't miss it!

This is my second time in Xipo Hengfeng. The housekeeper Xiaoman prepared many surprises for me. He is attentive and professional. There is also Axing. The food in the restaurant is also delicious. Most importantly, I originally planned to spend a day in Hengfeng. Xiaoman's attentive service made me linger and it was an unforgettable Mid-Autumn Festival.
