Rit Inn & Conference Center

I paid extra for "executive room". It was cold, bleak and had a "blanket" with thickness of a shirt. When i requested an actual blanket, i got two more shirt type blanksrts

This hotel is reliably clean and pleasant. Room was comfortable and staff was very welcoming.

The staff was excellent and very helpful. The room was clean and well taken care of. Only downside for me is that the walls/doors seem to be very thin so you can hear a lot of what’s going on in the hallway and the neighboring room.

Decent size and updated room. Definitely bring your own pillows if you can. Pillows were very uncomfortable.

I requested a shuttle not realizing that they don’t serve on weekends, staff wrote my name down on the reservation book and wake up to said time for pick up to be told there is none. The hallways have a musty smell which was not pleasant. Door was hard to open and had key issues each day and had to request new ones each time. There is a bright light that shines through the whole door frame and peek hole from the hallway into the room which caused some sleep difficulties.

Portion was huge, wasted half my meal! Didn't know there was a bar, but probably would not have gone anyway!
