Nice welcome from the staff. unexpected upgrade room view make our stay more memorable

What a lovely stay in Crete! This hotel is gorgeous and spotless. The Breakfast Buffet was outstanding, and every staff member I encountered during my 3-day stay was smiling and helpful. My Executive seaside room was spacious and well-furnished, and it was a perfect place to recharge on my 3-week journey. It was an easy walk from the port (I arrived with SeaJets), and the public bus to the Palace of Knossos was waiting for me right below the hotel the next day. The concierge gave great advice on places to visit, and called for the (15€!) taxi when it was time to get to the airport. Efharistó, Megaron!

The staff is very friendly. Lady Effie is very kind and helpful with check in and check out . Restaurant at 5th floor has excellent view of the harbor. Cannot miss that! Breakfast is very quite special.

Hotel is old but service is excellent. It is very convenient to go to historical site, about 20minutes car ride. Recommended!

The hotel building has a rich historical feel. Located near the sea, adjacent to the ruins of the pier, and surrounded by the old town, it offers convenient transportation. The breakfast is plentiful and delicious, and the rooms are spacious and beautifully appointed. Highly recommended.

The hotel is a historical building, located right next to the pier and bus station. The rooms are spacious and the sunlight is particularly beautiful! The bedside cushions are really thoughtful and are changed together with the bedding for each guest! There is also a turndown service at night, which is standard five-star. The staff at the front desk are very patient and considerate. They speak like actors in a drama, clear and slow, and their emotions pour out. They are very cute!

This is the hotel I stay in every time I come to Crete. It is convenient for travel. Close to the beach, the rooms are simple and comfortable, and the staff has a good service attitude. The breakfast is rich with distinct local characteristics. When the weather is clear, the blue sky, white clouds and sea are unmatched.

Very good hotel, opposite the port, within walking distance of getting on and off the ship, close to the old town, museums, Koules Fortress, and within walking distance of Heraklion city attractions. It is clean and sanitary, with free parking, which is convenient for self-driving.

Parents are satisfied and it's very convenient.

The most worthwhile hotel in Heraklion, with a great location and adjacent to the ruins of the pier. The front desk is very much like a five-star hotel, the service is good and polite, the room is amazing, I was reluctant to leave the room, I will definitely stay here again next time I come to Crete. I would like to say that the hotel breakfast is great and every waiter is very nice!

The city is not big and basically everything can be reached on foot!

This is a hotel worthy of its name and extremely cost-effective in Europe. Not only does it have a sense of history, but the room is large in size, the items are well-equipped and of good quality, the service is warm and thoughtful, the breakfast is rich, and the ingredients are of high quality.
