Travelodge Hereford Grafton

Arrived on a whim after booking on app. No, there was no reservation, no it doesn't matter you can show your card has been debited, no we can't contact Customer Service to resolve - and anyway we're full. I called CS (at 13p/m) who resolved the issue in 5 mins, and behold a room was available. That said, once having got past the exceptionally unhelpful staff, the room lived up to the usual standard and a good night's sleep was had.

I have been staying at the hotel in Grafton for a few days for work and I can honestly say this hotel has been nothing but excellent. The staff can’t do enough for me and really cater to all my needs, the housekeeping staff are very help and friendly when I meet them in the corridors. The hotel is small and quite perfect for a stop over if you’re passing though. Thank you for everything team Grafton! ❤️

In fairness the room was what we expected from Travelodge, no thrills but reasonable. The internet says it was overlooking fields and had a pub attached, really looking forward to arriving putting the bags in the room and going over to the pub for a meal We arrived at 6.00pm and it was obvious the pub was not open which was a great disappointment. The lady on reception informed us the pub has been CLOSED for well over a year We tried to get Travelodge to move us to the centre of Hereford and despite several calls to Travelodge head office you guessed it, they could move us but we would have to pay for Grafton as it was after 15.00 hours The website also said we were in a village, there is no village within 2 miles The lady on reception was very good but she was very restricted by the rules and “computer” of the company Come on Travelodge you can do better than this

What. A beautiful peaceful hotel, the hotel was located in such a quiet area, the staff were all so greats gwenda in evenings and Jordan in mornings, fantastic. Room was so quiet and clean. Free parking on site too. Overall for service and price it was money well spent.

What a lovely quiet well run hotel, during my stay I met with gwenda and Anthony, both exceptional, friendly and knowledgeable, gave me so many great advice, my room was warm and exceptionally clean, it was great value, lots of parking on site, and was able to get food delivered

Fantastically located hotel for our visit to the Wye Valley. Staff are credit to hotel, lady on reception throughout stay was friendly and courteous. Room was spacious and had everything we needed just to use it as a base. Comfy beds and great showers. Parking was in abundance. Only 5 mins into Hereford in the car. Will defo use again.

This hotel was excellent choice, out of city center in the countryside, it was clean, tidy and we had a very good nights sleep in a very comfortable bed. I would use this hotel again on future visits and would recommend it to everyone.

I liked this Travel Lodge because the family room was great, and the single room for my Mum was great. It was clean and comfortable. We found it easy to access a nice pub meal within 20 minutes of the Travel Lodge.

Great Hotel, staff were very friendly nothing too much trouble, room was clean. We stayed 3 nights it's was great value for money. Easy place to reach Worcester and Wolverhampton.
