Star Beach Village & Water Park

Large hotel, unfortunately I didn't get the room as advertised. It was more dated and in the middle of the hustle and bustle, even though I'd requested a quiet room. The air conditioning hadn't been cleaned in ages, was covered in dust, yellow with dirt, and very noisy. The bed was very comfortable. The food is very good, with plenty of choices at both the dinner and breakfast buffets. I was too late to check in for lunch, so I can't comment. Lots of pools, beautiful beach. The spa is wonderful. I booked the scrub massage and armpit waxing. Perfect! The staff is very friendly; nothing is too much trouble. I would especially like to thank George for the lovely evening and the excellent service. Bus stop number 24, in front of the car rental company, is on your left from the entrance. A bus to Heraklion and other places runs every 20 minutes. The center of Hersonissos is a 10-minute walk.

The hotel is large. It has a spacious area. There are plenty of activities for children. Adults can also enjoy some sports.

Very bad experience, Facilities: All Seasons in China is better than here, 3 stars at most Sanitation: A lot of ants🐜 Environment: The beach and the place where children play in the water are good Service: Very poor, only two bottles of water per day The key is that I booked 5 beds, but I was given 4 beds! Definitely do not recommend staying in this hotel, the food is so salty!
