Travelodge Hexham

Stayed for one night - quite enough! Good position near town centre and next to a McDonald’s if you use them. Waitrose, Tesco, Next with a Costa very close by. Room very basic indeed overlooking a car park, loo flush very dodgy NO HAIRDRYER CAN YOU BELIEF!! And YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR WIFI (FOR GOODNESS SAKE!). Towels very thin. Breakfast appalling - we walked out - there is a nice cafe by Waitrose which was delicious. The only positive thing was the welcome we got.

We both enjoyed our stay at Hexham Travelodge. Very nice hotel with large comfortable rooms. All staff were most friendly and helpful. Hotel is ideally located for exploring Hadrians Wall etc.

We stayed for 2 nights whilst going to Hexham races we were greeted by lovely lady on arrival our room was spacious & spotless the breakfast was plentiful & tasty it is located a couple of minutes from the train station & 10 minute walk into town which we found full of bars & restaurants we will stay again when in the area

Our stay at the Hexham Travelodge has honestly been the best experience we have had from all other Travelodge facilities in the country, and we have stayed at many while travelling around England.This enjoyable stay has been due to the wonderful staff and their pleasant attitude to customers and the hard work they strive to keep the hotel facilities in tip top condition and cleanliness.Our pet dog also says thanks for the breakfast sausages.

We stayed for one night. A cheerful greeting on arrival and we were given information about our stay. The room and bathroom were spotlessly clean and it was a good size room. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast had plenty of hot and cold choice and was decent quality. Our only negative was that the toilet space in the bathroom was somewhat snug!!

Convenient for Abbey where we had a wedding. Extremely disappointed with breakfast. We were told no need to book but to arrive at 10.30 as breakfast finished at 11. We got down at 10.30 to be told ovens were turned off (half hour early), no apology from staff. All was going to be cooked were hash browns. There was nothing left on buffet. Went elsewhere both days as a result. There was a deaf party staying and my husband was told by barman don't be rude to them, he was actually signing with them. Customer service needs improving

Very clean and modern hotel within walking distance of Hexham’s historical old town. Beautiful view. Friendly staff that helped me with accommodations.

My room was sparkling clean - I have never put that in a review before, but it was absolutely sparkling. Quiet room, convenient cafe located at the hotel for meals. Convenient to the train station. Great service.
