The front desk offered thoughtful little goodies when we checked in, including a cute Labubu toy, which was a nice touch. The breakfast area was lovely, with nice views and a comfortable atmosphere. Definitely recommend it.

The room was comfortable, the service was excellent, and the breakfast was delicious, especially the rich and creamy milk and soy milk.

This hotel is truly dedicated to providing a great guest experience. The decor is modern and spotlessly clean, and they offer a wide range of travel amenities. It's my first time seeing a drying cabinet and a takeout storage box in a hotel, which shows incredible thoughtfulness. The breakfast selection is extensive, including local specialty snacks. The staff are also very enthusiastic. Overall, it's great value for money, the only downside being the unreliable Wi-Fi signal.

The location is excellent, close to nearby eateries and very convenient for transport. The facilities are comprehensive, and the scent makes you feel at ease. The room is clean and tidy, spacious and bright. The breakfast offers a rich variety, and all the staff are warm and attentive. I would choose this place again next time!

I really have to praise this hotel. The room was incredibly clean and new, and there were plenty of restaurants nearby. Just a heads-up, the hotel's parking lot is across the street. The room even had a clothes dryer, and there's a library downstairs, which makes it perfect for families traveling with kids. We chose this hotel as a stopover on our drive back to Guangzhou from Guilin, and it was absolutely ideal.

From the moment we stepped into the hotel lobby, we were struck by its grand and unique design, complete with a dedicated play area for children and a reading nook. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, showing great affection and patience towards the kids. Our room was well-equipped with thoughtful touches like disposable foot-soaking tubs and a dryer. The bedding was also clean and comfortable. All in all, this was the best and most comfortable hotel stay we experienced during the National Day holiday – a truly wonderful experience!

The hotel's attention to detail far exceeded expectations. Although there were some design flaws (the shower glass only covered half, making it easy to get the bathroom wet, and the elevator doesn't go directly to the 10th floor), the staff's attentiveness and the excellent location (with a large shopping mall nearby, so no worries about finding food) were enough to earn a perfect score.
