跟對象自駕遊，路過的賀州，時間充裕就停留了兩天。網上看的推薦看到這家維也納的點評很不錯，位置、服務、周邊配套等等分值都非常高，於是果斷選擇。入住後果真沒讓人失望，酒店佈局非常温馨，大堂書香氣、休閑風融合的恰到好處，一進門就讓人有種心情非常愉悦的感覺。前台小姐姐温聲柔語的服務非常好。酒店走廊和房間都非常寬敞明亮，層高也很高，完全沒有那種市中心寸土寸金後房間走廊空間逼仄壓抑的感覺。晚上週邊景色超nice，遠東步行街、賀州最大商超繽紛環球城、靈峯廣場都在酒店附近，步行就能到達，美食也應有盡有。網紅橋晚上很漂亮，跟對象在河邊散步約會看如此美景，我們的感情更深了，嘻嘻[調皮]。對了，停車也很方便，就在酒店對面。

住過幾次了，感覺整體還不錯。服務態度挺好的，前台小姐姐挺熱情的，辦理入住和退房都挺快，有啥問題問她們，回答得也挺耐心。房間打掃得也乾淨，床單被套啥的都挺整潔，沒啥異味。衞生間也收拾得不錯，洗漱用品都齊全，三秒熱水來得又快又多。很滿意他們的房間，市中心地帶，寸土寸金的地方，房間和走廊是真大啊，真的難得有這麼大面積的房間的，性價比又非常的高。

酒店的的停車服務總體來説還是挺方便的，位置就在酒店對面，後面還有一個很大型的，停車位充足，平時基本不用擔心沒地方停。另外，停車場的管理也還不錯，安全有保障，住客享受免費停車，衹要把車牌號給前台就行，挺貼心的。總的來説，停車這塊沒啥大問題，還比較方便，適合自駕的朋友入住。

酒店不僅位置好，房間大，服務也超級好。我還沒入住的時候就接到前台電話，詢問我大概什麼時候到店，説因為當天賀州下雨，天氣也很冷，可以幫我提前半小時開空調暖房。同時提醒我攜帶衣服和雨具。得知我可能需要呆幾天，換洗衣服處理麻煩時，也貼心的告知我酒店有洗衣機可以烘乾衣服，當天洗當天幹，讓我不要擔心。後來到店時也才發現忘記帶洗面奶護膚霜了，酒店經理知道後非常貼心的即使是下了班的晚上23點了也給我送來她的旅行護膚套裝，真的讓我非常感動。她們的服務就是一種非常自然的以客為尊的同時又像朋友一樣的舒適。我真的下次來賀州就衹住她家了！

趕緊撥通了酒店前台的電話。電話很快被接起，前台小姐姐耐心地聽我描述了情況，並安慰我不要着急，她會立即聯繫客房部幫忙尋找。不到十分鐘，我就接到了酒店的電話，告知我項鍊已經找到，並詢問我是否需要他們幫忙郵寄。
