Ramada Plaza by Wyndham Hezhou North

I've stayed at this hotel multiple times, and each visit has been consistently satisfying, meeting Ramada's standards. I was particularly impressed by the professional yet genuinely friendly and welcoming service from the front desk staff. The hotel is perfectly situated across from a beautiful lake park, and there's a shopping mall nearby, making it incredibly convenient for a holiday getaway. The breakfast spread is extensive, featuring delicious local specialties that were a real treat.

The hotel's location is excellent, right in front of a beautiful large park. It's also convenient for dining nearby. The rooms are clean, and the service is great!

The room was very spacious, and the king-size bed was really comfortable. The breakfast was quite good, and it's right next to Ailianhua Park, which is perfect for a stroll.

The hotel is just across the road from Ailian Lake Park. The cherry blossoms and water lilies in the park are currently in full bloom, making for a nice view. However, breakfast was just average. At night, the surrounding area was incredibly noisy with loud music that went on until very late.

The lady at the hotel front desk was kind enough to upgrade us to a lake-view room for free. The room was very clean and the location was good too.

Excellent hotel! It's clean and tidy with beautiful views. They even provided welcome fruit. The surrounding area has great amenities, including many good restaurants, and the price was just right. They were also proactive with upgrades.

The room directly overlooks the artificial lake, which is absolutely beautiful. If I were to visit again in March or April when the cherry blossoms are in full bloom, it would be truly magnificent. The breakfast was also quite enjoyable; I even got to make my own waffles, which were wonderfully fluffy and soft, just like the ones my grandma used to make back home. The environment here is also very relaxing and pleasant.
