Miami 🫶 I had a great stay in Miami. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. The staff was friendly and helpful, and everything I needed was nearby. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Miami.

Terrible experience, dirty, noisy at night. Burned curtain, phone and safe not working, elevator down and slow if not down. Front desk constantly not present. Reported safe not working and not fixed till check out. Recommend to avoid this hotel.

There was no hot water. Everyone in the hotel was complaining about that. Also, there was no ice on the floors. The service in the restaurant was very very slow but they were very very friendly. Also the manager at service desk was very helpful in helping us get a ride to the cruise port.

We arrived late after a very long flight from Europe and everything seemed comfortable at first. However, the check-in process took a very long time. When we finally arrived in the room, the airco made a lot of noise which negatively impacted our sleep. Next time I will probably choose another hotel.

Convenient for airport access, but facilities are poor in general.. not a lot of food options in restaurant, under staff etc…

Close to the airport, which is super convenient. The only downside is the early check-out time at 11 AM.

Lock of man power is major problem. Call from airport for info. Always get hold or hang up. Check out, book the complimentary shuttle to airport at 9am. Turn out there is no service, been waiting for half hour, poor guy at front desk have no idea to call driver and he is also have high work load. Shuttle arr at 9:30, driver refused to drive till 10m. It's difficult day, but Holiday in just make it mire difficult.

The price-performance ratio is okay. The staff is kind and helpful. Room (exclud the carpet) was clean and had enough space. Bathroom was clean. Better than okay was the breakfast. A variety of fresh fruits, different kinds of bagels, bread, sweet bakery. Great omelet, crispy bacon, burger patties, potatoes plus toppings like jalapeños, salsa and cheddar. They got yogurt, chocolate milk, milk, different kinds of cheese and marmalade. They got two styles of coffee, tee and water dispenser. A good place for a stay before or after a flight from MIA.

Great location near the airport with a free shuttle. The breakfast is basic but good. The renovated rooms are nice and clean, but the carpets in the hallways and other rooms are very dirty. The young lady at the front desk is lovely.

I loved my stay, the hotel was super comfortable with wonderful staff.

There was no water in the room. I asked for a few bottles and was told I had to pay for them. Water that costs 10 cents a bottle!!! 😂🤦♂️🤦♂️ In a room that cost $170 a night!!!
