Very good stay

Beautiful hotel, overall good service except one front desk staff. We reserved a 10:00 shuttle for 8 people the night before departure, but by the time we arrived(before 10)they told us the bus is full so that we can not get in. I wonder if we made a reservation, we should be promised to have 8 seats or else it should not be called as a reservation but a “bus schedule”. Also, we told the staff multiple times that we are in a hurry that we need to catch the train and that’s why we made a reservation in advance. The staff also told us the next shuttle will come at 10:21 but actually it leaves at 10:31 which means we definitely missed the train ( if the staff communicated the time 10:31 clearly, we would walk to the station so we could still catch the train, instead, he said the bus will come at 10:21 so we wait) Huge disappointment and definitely a ****** to this trip. Please remove the bus reservation service as you don’t have any, thanks.

I booked this hotel two months ago (one night's stay plus two meals) with full payment. Upon arrival, I discovered I had booked the wrong dates; yesterday should have been today. Fortunately, there were rooms available for today. However, upon check-out, the hotel said they would deduct the full amount from the booking. I hadn't checked in, hadn't eaten at the hotel, and hadn't received any order confirmations. Due to time constraints at check-out, I had no choice but to pay and leave disappointed. They wouldn't even refund the meal fee. I don't know if this is the hotel's policy or the personal choice of the Chinese receptionist, Ms. Ding. Fortunately, the after-sales manager from Ctrip was very compassionate and offered a one-sided compensation. Back home, thinking about this incident made me feel disgusted, like I'd swallowed a fly. I advise others to be wary of this hotel; the surrounding sea-view rooms are far superior in terms of facilities, environment, service, and dining.

I stayed in a room with an open-air bath! The location was great, and the complimentary drinks and snacks were plentiful, which I really appreciated. ^_^ The dinner course was quite generous, with plenty of fish. The foreign staff were very helpful in introducing me to the dishes.

The hotel is smaller than expected, the hotel staff is very polite, and the hygiene is very clean You have to take off your shoes before entering the hotel. But in terms of hot springs really 10 points disappointed one of the view hot springs under decoration, and men's and women's hot springs will be reversed every day, one of the hot springs is no minerals just hot water, but the hot springs in the room are minerals, and I saw many people have heart-shaped exterior wall to see the sea view screen

The hotel is under renovation, so one of the rooftop baths is closed. We went specifically for the rooftop bath, but were very disappointed. Room 312 had insect bites; after one night, my thighs had many red spots. Dinner and breakfast were plentiful. However, overall, the price-performance ratio was not high.

This was my first solo trip to Japan, and it was a spontaneous decision. Due to my procrastination, I only started booking accommodations two days in advance. Hotels near Izu Kogen and Atami were all booked, so I booked this place. But once I arrived, I felt incredibly comfortable. The hotel is in a very quiet location with beautiful scenery. The hotel facilities are also very new, and the staff are all incredibly warm and welcoming. There were Chinese ladies, as well as Japanese gentlemen and ladies. They were very polite, not in a distant or aloof way, but in a sunny, cheerful, and warm manner. Dinner was also delicious, with lobster, abalone, and many different ways of preparing golden snapper – it was all so fresh! In the morning, a soak in the hot spring is all it takes to head to Izu Kogen. I really, really want to come back here again. Personally, I don't want too many people to discover this wonderful hotel, as I'm worried I won't be able to book it later, but I still really hope they continue to improve.

The hotel upgraded me to a higher level room. The hotel was going to be completely upgraded and renovated the next day. I didn't try out other hotel services, such as breakfast, dinner, and hot springs. I think the room was just okay, not bad.

We stayed at a Japanese hot springs inn with two meals and a night's sleep. The room was warm and stylish, and the food was plentiful and quite delicious. After soaking in the hot springs, I was hoping for a good night's sleep, but I was disappointed. The old-fashioned air conditioner roared all night, and with no curtains, the room was completely bright at 6 a.m....

Overall, the hotel is good. The hotel has a shuttle bus. Although time is limited, it is not far to walk from Inatori Station to the hotel without luggage. The hotel breakfast is very rich, but I didn't experience the kaiseki dinner. The beach at the entrance of the hotel is very suitable for children and can be played all day.

It was a great hotel with a great location. As the dining area was on the first floor, we could see the pool below, but the ocean was beyond that, so it was a shame that we couldn't enjoy a view of the ocean while dining. The food was delicious, the service was good, and we were able to relax. The view of the ocean from the open-air bath was also spectacular, and I wanted to stay in it forever. Next time, I'd like to bring my grandchildren. Thank you for your hospitality.

This hotel was truly disappointing; the value for money was quite low. The hot springs were essentially standard in any hotel, nothing special. The hotel is clearly aimed at Chinese tourists, with Chinese signs everywhere and Chinese-speaking staff. While communication was convenient, the experience was otherwise average. The room was incredibly small, and the furnishings were of subpar quality, making it quite uncomfortable. The so-called beach is actually public, and the only nice thing about it is the small patch of land just outside the entrance, which overlooks a lush green pool. It's hardly picturesque. For the price, the amenities are comparable to budget hotels, yet the price tag is several times higher. The location is also quite remote, with little else nearby besides a few hot spring hotels. Restaurants close very early, so 7-Eleven is the only option for groceries. Transportation is also inconvenient, as it's far from the train station. The hotel offers a drop-off service, but it only leaves at 10:20 AM, and there's no pick-up service at all, making the commute quite a hassle. The double bed in the room was also ridiculously small, less than a meter wide, and I was afraid of falling off when I rolled over. If the price was around 500, it would be acceptable, but now it's more than 3,000 per night, it's really not worth it. The overall experience is quite disappointing and I don't recommend it.
