It’s a quite chill stay and enjoy the onsen at Isaribi. The dinner is soooo impactful. The seafood is fresh. And welcome matcha and dessert is nice. Will book again!

The room was clean and hygienic. What I really liked was having a private hot spring and public onsen service. Plus, there was a ********* lady at the reception, so no worries about communication difficulties. Very satisfied!

The hotel is clean and tidy, with a charming and pleasant environment. The service is warm and attentive, and the hot springs are very clean. The private bath was incredibly relaxing.

This place is located at Izu-Ōkawa Station, which is a bit off the beaten path for a transport hub in the East Izu area. The hotel offers a shuttle service, which you can book in advance via email or phone. The front desk has a ********* lady who speaks Chinese and is very helpful, answering any questions you might have. The food is quite good, and there are two large outdoor private onsens where you can see stars on a clear night. However, if you want to see a lot of stars, you should head to Ōshima or a nearby island. The room size is standard; in Japanese-style rooms, staff will lay out futons as there are no beds. The tatami mats are very new and have that unique new tatami smell. The private onsen in the room is also nice for a soak. If you're interested, there's also a wild hot spring by the sea – just Google it. You'll find a Lawson convenience store a short walk along the coastline. Overall, apart from the slightly remote location, there aren't any major drawbacks.

Isaribi, a small but exquisite hotel in Izu, boasts only 12 rooms. I stayed for two nights and had an excellent experience. The rooms offer captivating sea views and come with private hot springs. The dining experience was particularly impressive; both dinners and breakfasts were incredibly satisfying and surprising. Every dish reflected the chef's dedication, even the simplest miso soup was unforgettable due to the lobster-infused broth. The meticulous attention to ingredient selection and pairing was evident and truly touching. Next time I visit Izu, I will definitely choose Isaribi again.

The room was incredibly cozy, and both the breakfast and dinner at the hotel were delicious. The staff at the front desk, an uncle and auntie, were very kind and could communicate in simple English. The room was clean, and the private hot spring faced directly onto the ocean. The large communal bath downstairs was also excellent; couples could lock it for private use, making it feel very intimate, almost like having the whole place to yourselves.

The room was super comfortable, and the food was great! If you book in advance, they even offer pick-up and drop-off service from the station. The only downside is that it's really in the countryside; there's only one convenience store about a 10-minute walk away. But if you're looking for a secluded getaway, this is the perfect spot.

There was a ********* staff member, which made communication easy. Dinner and breakfast offered a good variety and were quite filling. The only downside is that the hotel entrance is a bit out of the way and hard to find, and the road is too narrow for large vehicles.

Absolutely amazing hotel that we just cannot get enough of. The location is in a tranquil little village which we very much enjoyed after coming from bustling Tokyo. The private onsen in the room was on the balcony and overlooking the ocean, so you can enjoy a beautiful view while relaxing, and the food was one of the best I’ve had in an onsen hotel. Room itself was also lovely, we stayed in a Western style room and it was clean and spacious. Would definitely visit again if I come back to Ito.

Due to uncertainties in our itinerary, the hotel proactively called us before check-in to explain the shuttle bus booking process in detail. The private onsen experience was excellent, with views of trees and the distant sea from the window. Both breakfast and dinner were sumptuous. It's a shame our tight schedule didn't allow us to stay longer. The hotel also has a very polite Chinese-speaking front desk staff member, which was very convenient for those of us not familiar with Japanese.

This is a traditional Japanese hotel with a limited number of rooms, so it's not crowded, very clean, and comfortable. The rooms are spacious enough. Soaking in the hot spring while looking at the Pacific Ocean after a day of sightseeing truly heals everything! The hotel has Chinese-speaking staff who are all very enthusiastic and provide excellent service. The only minor drawback is that the hotel only offers shuttle service from Izu-Ōkawa Station. We took the Sapphire Odoriko to Izu-Atagawa Station, and there was no hotel shuttle, but taking a taxi to the hotel was convenient enough. Overall, I highly recommend it!

The hotel is located right near Izu-Okawa Station. After booking, the hotel will contact you to understand your needs. There's also a ********* girl working there. Although the owner, an older gentleman, communicates in English without problems, he still had her come to confirm the details with us again. The room has a small outdoor bath facing the sea, perfect for relaxation. The hotel's public onsen (hot spring) is private; once you enter and lock the door, it's your own private bath, and you can check availability via QR code. We didn't book breakfast because we couldn't get up early, but dinner was definitely necessary… there weren't many restaurants nearby. Dinner was excellent; the ingredients were very fresh, and you could tell the chef had put thought into the fusion flavors.

This is a fantastic hotel, perfect for a relaxing getaway, a relaxing break, or a relaxing retreat. It's located near Izu-Okawa Station, about a 10-minute walk with luggage. You can also email the front desk in advance to arrange a shuttle. We arrived a little after 1 a.m., and they let us check in early, which we were very grateful for! The hotel has two large baths. Once you enter, lock the door, and the entire area is yours—essentially a private bathhouse. Both indoor and outdoor, they both have water quality inspection reports! We booked a one-night stay with two meals, and it was not only incredibly satisfying, but the food was also delicious! I've previously stayed at Kaishu Onsen in Wakayama and Kannawa Onsen in Beppu, but the hot springs here are a whole other experience. In short, Isari is better than just shutting down and taking a bath!
