The room is on the smaller side, but it's clean and tidy. The breakfast is delicious, and the cherry blossoms outside the window, stretching for miles, are absolutely stunning.

I booked for four days. Everything was standard toyoko inn style however the room I stayed in had a serious dampness that made the bedding, mattress, duvet completely soggy. It was absolutely horrid. I reported it to the front desk to which they sent someone to confirm the situation and offered to help me turn on the standard dehumidifier function on the ac instead of immediately changing my room when they confirmed the problem. Even with all the downpours in Tokyo the other hotels I stayed at did not have these issues. So I blasted the dehumidifier and it became cold and damp... I finally couldn't take it and went downstairs to demand a room change at 2 am. Instead of being apologetic, the staff acted like they were doing me a major favor and gave me the only remaining room that was an upgrade from mine. Then they insisted that I move out first thing in the morning back into my paid room type once it became free...without any regard that it was four hours to sunrise and by the time I finished packing and unpacking at 3 am I have not gotten any sleep. I had to argue for a later time to check into another room. No apology was ever issued for my troubles. Their nonchalance and weak customer support really dampened my trust in the toyoko brand. Rather it was trip.com that investigated the issue and confirmed my grievances to give me some compensation.

Self auto check in check out all self service . Bed is comfortable. Breakfast is good and simple. Can see Fuji Mountain from 9th floor.

We stayed for 2 nights and 3 days. The front desk staff were helpful, but we would have liked a little more explanation on various things. During breakfast, the voices of the kitchen staff were distracting.

I stayed for four nights. The elevator was broken, and since I was on the 6th floor, it was quite inconvenient for the first three days. Breakfast was included, the room was clean, and the hotel staff were kind. The only downside was that the bed and pillows were hard…

The breakfast was much simpler than the other hotel I stayed at the day before. There was no milk or sugar for the instant coffee. That was a bit disappointing.

Location super close to Higashikurumi Station directly next to the subway station, near Saria, izakaya, large supermarket, family mart and more. Breakfast was simple, right on the ground floor with not many options. But, it tasted good, at least I was full. It is half an hour to Spadium Japon. There is a shuttle bus near the hotel. If you want to go to Spadium JapoN you can choose this hotel.

It wasn't bad, but it wasn't great either. I was surprised that parking was charged, but I was even more surprised by how few options there were at the breakfast buffet. This may be due to the rising cost of living, but other nearby hotels had cheaper rates and more varied breakfast buffets, so to me it just didn't compare. I regret having had oddly high expectations, thinking that it must be better because it was expensive. It was painful to see my child disappointed.
