The hygiene is OK, but the mattress is a bit soft, not suitable for people with bad lumbar spine

The staff were friendly and polite, and I was able to stay there with peace of mind.

Small room, average bedding

I think the service and location were generally good. However, the walls were thin and I could hear the neighbors coughing and brushing their teeth. After I realized that, I was very careful about the volume of the TV, the alarm, and talking on my cell phone. The picture of the breakfast on the online reservation page showed Western food, but in fact it was only a Japanese set meal and cancellations were not possible. I wish they had stated that if it was only Japanese food.

I stayed here because it was close to the exam venue. It was close to the station and there were many restaurants and convenience stores nearby, so it was easy to use. The room was also clean, so it was nice.

The attitude of the foreign waiters is not very good, it is recommended to go to the Japanese counter to handle it

Although I checked in late at night, there was a staff member at the front desk, so I felt at ease. There was a Seven-Eleven and a Family Mart right in front of the hotel, so it was convenient. It was more than comfortable enough for a trip where you just wanted a place to stay for another purpose, not a hotel stay. I would like to use it again if I have the opportunity to go to Osaka.

There was a convenience store right in front of the hotel and there were places to eat nearby, which was convenient.

The Japanese-style room was very relaxing. I'd definitely like to stay here again next time.

Although it felt a little old, the staff was very friendly and the rooms were good. The room we stayed in seemed to be two single rooms renovated into one.
