A very clean and comfortable room, with everything one needs for a good sleep, good bath and a comfortable place to sit and work for a while. Close to a metro station, just 30 minuites from downtown Osaka and an hour and 15 minutes from Kyoto. Quiet and peaceful surroundings, very friendly stuff. The only negative is the room size which is a bit claustrophobic for a European, but since everything is so comfortable and well designed, it's really not a problem for a few days, once you overcome the initial feeling. I would be glad to return there one day, if I need to go to Osaka again.

The hotel is located near Kawachi-Kosaka Station on the Kintetsu Nara Line, making it convenient for getting around. I quit smoking seven years ago, so the smell of cigarettes in the smoking room was a real problem. The hotel explained that the parking lot was on the north side of the hotel, but I saw a coin parking lot on the west side of the hotel and used it. The parking fee was high, and I had to wait about an hour to leave due to a machine malfunction, so it was a real disappointment.

Although the hotel is not in the city center, it is quite close to the train station. When booking, I was offered a buffet breakfast for all five mornings. I quite liked the buffet breakfast. Although the room was not very spacious, it was quite clean. It was also nice to have a window. It was great to look out the window.

Overall it's OK, the price is cheap, and it's close to the station

The hotel is located in the eastern suburbs of Osaka and is very quiet at night. It's conveniently located within a 5-minute walk from the train station, making it closer to Nara than downtown Osaka.

It was close to the station and surrounded by convenience stores, drugstores, and fast food restaurants, making it very convenient. The room was clean and comfortable. One thing that bothered me was that around 2 a.m., several foreigners who appeared to be staying in different rooms kept knocking on the door and coming back, which was quite noisy (though it wasn't the hotel's fault). I would definitely stay at this hotel again if I have the opportunity.

I am very satisfied with the room I booked and will come again next time.

The building is quite old, but it's kept clean and I didn't mind. There's an Aeon mall, convenience store, Sugi Pharmacy, etc. nearby, so it's convenient. There's also a parking lot (paid, but cheap), which was helpful.

The hygiene is OK, but the mattress is a bit soft, not suitable for people with bad lumbar spine

The staff were friendly and polite, and I was able to stay there with peace of mind.
