Unfortunately, due to our circumstances, we had to leave the hotel the very next day. This hotel is really only suitable if you just need a place to sleep for the night.

Close to the ocean with a beautiful view. The interior was very clean and excellent. The staff were kind.

We stayed at this hotel in February 2026. The location is absolutely brilliant! Right on the Indian Ocean! Literally a stone's throw away is a beach with huge sea turtles, and another beach perfect for swimming with fine, white sand. There are tons of cafes and restaurants nearby, as well as souvenir shops. A supermarket isn't far either, you can buy anything you need! The hotel itself is small, with a bed and a few pieces of furniture in the room. There's no fridge, TV, or kettle, but if you ask the staff, they'll happily provide hot water and dishes. Overall, it's a very basic setup, just enough for sleeping, and that's perfectly fine. The staff at the hotel are incredibly lovely and welcoming. They're always ready to help, offer advice, and call a taxi if needed. They're also very fond of children. The hotel is always fully booked, and many guests return multiple times. Our entire family was very pleased with our stay at this hotel. We'll definitely recommend it and will always remember it with warmth and love.

I was drawn in by the low price of around $10 and made the reservation. It was my fault for not checking the details carefully, but the room I stayed in had no windows and no air conditioning. There was a fan, but the room was almost like being outdoors—it was so hot that I couldn't sleep at all.

The hotel definitely needs renovation in the rooms. Otherwise, everything is fine; the location is excellent, right next to Turtle Beach, first line.

The room was pretty clean but it needs renovation. There was no aircon inside (only fan). Bedsheets were clean as well. They also provide a towel. As for bath and toilet it was also pretty clean and needs renovation as well. There was hot water but no shampoo/shower gel in bath cabins. There was only one hanger inside and toilet paper as well. There was a kettle in lobby on ground floor. As for cold drinking water they don't provide it. Internet connection was pretty stable. Located in 10 mins walking distance from turtle beach. The staff was accomodating and helpful.

We stayed in this hotel for three nights, the hotel is located in a very convenient place, the closest to the turtle beach, turtles swim in flocks. We were very pleased with the hospitality of the hosts, very responsive guys, they organized a good vacation. The rooms are a little outdated, but this is fully consistent with the price, we paid 1800₽ per day for a room with a balcony and air conditioning, there are no problems with hot water either. There are a lot of cafes, shops, ATMs nearby. We were very pleased with the vacation, many thanks to the guys!

For this money - the hotel is super, the location is next to the turtle beach, for swimming you can walk to the neighboring beaches. The sheets were a little dirty and the heater did not work, but when it is so hot - it is not critical. There is a kitchen where you can boil water, plates/cups knives, etc. We took food at the fish market, cooked it there, and dined on the shore using dishes from the kitchen and tables that the hotel has. P.S. The photo was taken on the 3rd day of stay.

Very convenient location, simple spacious room. The amenities included a towel, toilet paper and a piece of soap. Nevertheless, the hotel has a great location so I will probably come back again.

This hotel is conveniently located, practically next to the bus stop in both directions. The ocean is 100 meters away. But this is not a beach for swimming. To get to the sandy beach you need to walk about 500 meters. The room is spacious. However, the furniture is only a bed, a chair and a table. The furniture is durable. The mattress is also good. There is a shower, a sink and a toilet. But there is nothing at all except toilet paper. At night I saw ants and a lizard in the shower room. All the rooms need repair. The staff is friendly and helpful.

There's no need to worry. They will make sure your stay at this hotel is wonderful. The building is stylish and the interior is lovely. It's very simple, but you won't feel inconvenienced. The restaurant in front of the hotel recommended by the staff is also very delicious, so be sure to check it out.

Considering the price difference with nearby hotels, the environment may be reasonable. Over time, black, uneven cockroach droppings (or perhaps other insects) began to appear on the bed sheets. Perhaps that's why a replacement sheet was placed on the bed along with the bath towels on the first day? Judging from the shape of the droppings, brown rats are definitely present in this apartment. While they generally aren't harmful to humans, I'm concerned about potential allergies among guests. The balcony offers a spectacular view of the coast, and the staff's attitude and cleanliness are excellent. They diligently clean the rooms, but there are still issues with the old house that are difficult to address even with cleaning. If they could address the leaking toilet tank, the extremely dim lighting in the room, insect control measures such as sealing gaps, and smelly bath towels even after washing, the price would be worth it. Throw away stained towels and sheets. Also, there's no need for a falsely bright profile picture on the website that's simply designed to attract customers.
