Modern 2 bedrooms apt. - Seashell One

Pros: Property was clean and smelled good as soon as you walk in. Big property, nice parking, quiet area, good location near major attractions. Cons: No sink in the kitchen. Especially annoyed that they ask for you to clean all the dishes before you leave. I don’t know what they’re thinking. Bathrooms are on the smaller side, and each bathroom has the smallest sink you’ll ever see, which would not have been a major problem if they did not ask you to clean the dishes in them. They also gave me the wrong wifi info and it took several tries getting a hold of them to get the right info.

Five Stars! This place was very clean, smelled amazing everytime we walked in the doors. The AC was very cold, unit was well stocked with the basics (trash bags, laundry basket, dishes, toilet paper& paper towels) The host MAGGIE was excellent. Quick response with any questions or concerns. Overall EXCELLENT stay. Will definitely book again.Con: Only negative was there was no sink in the kitchen

This place is wonderful! Please read the amenities carefully lol. There is no Sink in this Condo. Never seen this before? Besides that....it was a very nice stay! Love the Rafail's

Very clean and comfortable. Not having a kitchen sink was difficult to wash dishes used for takeout.

Even nicer than expected. Very roomy and clean. In a quiet neighborhood but close to everything.

One improvement would be to change the code from the address so we would feel more secure.
