I would like to thank Sous Chef Sunil Madappa Sherekar for the wonderful dining experience. His passion, attention to detail, and excellent recommendations made the meal truly enjoyable. Very nice location, excellent food and service! Only issue was the monsoon season with lots of rain and moisture everywhere. That was to be expected at this time of the year though.

Had an excellent stay with my colleagues. Sahil and Neelam made my stay even memorable with wonderful hospitality and the way they took care of me and the room was commendable. Sahil also made 2 towel art and placed inside my room which all of family and social media friends appreciated. Thanks to Sahil and his team, I could make this as my second home for 2 weeks

Fantastic service and facility. The food was amazing, further enhanced by the restaurant manager offering me a new local breakfast specialty every day. Bhagyashree gave some top notch sightseeing recommendations for my off days. Even the cleaning staff contributed to the experience with creative towel decor and thoughtful messages

It’s the second time I spend a week in this hotel and again I’m treated like the most valuable guest. But colleagues shared the same impression with me, thus I assume everyone gets the same treatment. Great food, great staff, clean and spacious room, nice swimming pool and a gym - what else can be expected from the hotel. Next time I’m in Pune - I’ll stay here again. I want specifically thank Prerana, Anika, Athili, Swaraj, Pranjal, Shrikant, and many others whose names I didn’t remember for the great service and hospitality. I’m afraid it feels like it’s a paid review, but believe me, after staying in this hotel you’ll want to leave a similar comment :)

I spent two weeks at Courtyard Pune Hinjewadi on a business trip, and what started as a routine work stay turned into one of the most memorable hotel experiences I’ve had. The hotel is well located for anyone working in the Hinjewadi IT hub, but what truly sets it apart is the people. The front desk team, especially Hrithik and Samiksha, were consistently warm, professional, and always willing to help. Kiran was incredibly dependable in coordinating my office pickups and drops, which made navigating a busy work schedule completely hassle-free. The highlight of my stay was an unexpected birthday surprise. After a long day at work, I returned to find my room beautifully decorated with balloons and a cake thoughtfully arranged by Bhagyashree from the customer relations team. It was such a personal touch and made me feel genuinely valued as a guest. Beyond that, the facilities were excellent I used the gym and pool almost every day, and the trainer was always happy to share useful fitness tips. The spa in the basement was another standout, offering a fantastic massage that helped me unwind and recharge after busy workdays. Combined with clean, comfortable rooms and consistently attentive service, the overall experience was exceptional. I would highly recommend this hotel to business travelers, long-stay guests, and anyone who appreciates hospitality that goes above and beyond.
