Exceptional Cleanliness and Service at Ibis Pune Phase 2!The hotel room was kept absolutely spotless and fresh throughout my entire stay. A special thanks to Krishna from housekeeping, who did an amazing job and was always ready to help. He proactively asked me multiple times if I needed extra water or towels, delivering everything immediately with a great attitude.

I already checked in late by a day from my original booking dates and they sold my room to someone else. This is pathetic, how can you over sell when you already have a confirmed and advance paid booking? I was asked to wait for 1 hour to get my room then which was even more frustrating. Then they gave me smoking room which was stinking so bad and I had to spend my 4 days in the same room. Room service is even more pathetic, takes an hour for them to get you cutlery, I had to call multiple times. House keeping is another level, no refills to your tea and sugar, towels are folded and kept the same they are not being changed. Water bottles are not refilled and changed. Don’t book this for your stay.

Wonderful stay with family, the staffs are kind and very helpful. Room service, house keeping are excellent, special mention to Rajesh from housekeeping for his dedication and keep the floor, rooms, neat tidy.
