Hotel Route-Inn Hiratsuka Station North

The room is normal, the sofa is a little soft. There is a hot spring! The parking lot is not the hotel's, but the department store's. You can buy parking tickets from the hotel, or choose which floor to park and pay. The parking on the 7th floor is settled 24 hours a day, which is the best choice! It is not counted as multiple entries and exits. After we parked, we only counted once until we checked out.

While other hotels had a 10am checkout time, this hotel had a 12pm checkout time, so I booked it even though it was a little more expensive than the surrounding hotels. I had planned my schedule based on a 12pm checkout and was resting comfortably, but I was woken up by a call and told to check out at 10am. When I explained that the website and my confirmation email also stated a 12pm checkout time, they said "this time," as if I was being special and condescending. But wait, I actually booked a 12pm checkout time to begin with!! I felt really bad. Even though it was the hotel's mistake, they couldn't even say a word of apology - this is a complete failure in the service industry. I will never use them again.

The hotel is well-equipped, clean and sanitary, with a great location and convenient transportation!

The room was larger than I expected and very clean. The large public bath was very comfortable and reliable. I will definitely stay at other hotels in the group again.

I booked this hotel while on a business trip to Hiratsuka. It's a five-minute walk from the north exit of Hiratsuka Station. Hotel rooms in small Japanese cities are generally about the same size, but this one has the advantage of having a hot spring bath on the first floor. The breakfast selection wasn't extensive, but it was filling.
