Super Hotel Hirosaki Reviews

The location is great and within walking distance to the train station etc. But the hotel is small with only 1 elevator which is a pain during busy timing. The room is rather small and the hard pillow ain't that comfortable. The complimentary Japanese breakfast was surprisingly nice. Overall it's ok for a 1 night stay for us.

Location is good

The room wasn't large, but it was clean and comfortable, enough for two people. Parking costs 500 yen; you can park at the Times next to the hotel. There's only one onsen bath, so men and women alternate at fixed times. A welcome drink is served daily from 3 pm to 8 pm, where you can sample Aomori apple juice, sparkling wine, and sake, or mix your own cocktails. Other drinks, including coffee, are also available in unlimited quantities. The breakfast is varied and nutritious, and highly recommended.

The hotel has an onsen (hot spring) and cider, which I didn't get to use this time, but it was still quite nice. There's free luggage storage, and the receptionist's fluent English really impressed me – a huge plus for this business hotel! ❤️ Compared to the Aomori branch, the surrounding area here is more unique, right next to Hirosaki Shopping Street – there are plenty of pasta and yakiniku restaurants and cafes, and the view from the window is absolutely stunning!

The staff are friendly and welcoming, the entire hotel is clean, and the package including breakfast and hot springs is perfect for a short stay. The combination locks eliminate the inconvenience of carrying keys, making sightseeing in the city very convenient.

It has hot springs, breakfast, and drinks until 8 pm, and the prices are cheap. It's opposite Pizza Hat, about a 700-meter walk from the JR station, but it's definitely more comfortable than Toyoko (but you can't go to Toyoko every day).

There are only 4 parking spaces next to the hotel for 500 yen. If you are late, you have to park farther away. There are many Amenities, including lotions, bath salts, and facial masks. Free Japanese sake tasting from 5 to 8 p.m. There are also many choices for breakfast, including curry, pickles, bread, and cheese. The bed is a bit too thin

The service level of the waiters is relatively high. I like it.

今回は遅くにチェックイン、早くにチェックアウトだったので、ほぼ寝るだけのような滞在でしたが、コンパクトに必要なものが揃っており、ベッドも広く、デスクもあって快適に過ごせました。温泉は利用しませんでしたが、お部屋のシャワーやお湯もよく、ベッドも快適でとてもよく眠れました。第二駐車場も近くて分かりやすかったです。次回は温泉につかって、朝食もいただきたいと思います。アロマでしょうか、エントランスがいい香りでした。チェックアウトの作業が一切ないのがとても快適です！またぜひ泊まりたいと思います。
