CChenglanFacilities: Quite comprehensive! It's rare to find hotels in Europe that proactively provide disposable toiletries, and there were even disposable slippers—the mini-bar drinks were free, and the refrigerator was quite large! ✌🏻 Cleanliness: Visibly clean, and meticulously cleaned daily! (One day I returned to the hotel and happened to see a staff member cleaning; she even wiped the bathroom door…) Environment: Beautiful!!! The decor and outdoor scenery are lovely; I loved enjoying the breeze on the small balcony. Service: The front desk staff were very welcoming and friendly, and their English was super fluent, haha, very easy to understand! Before leaving, I asked reception to help print my boarding pass, and they readily agreed. Thumbs up! 🫶🏻

NNitinyadavI recently stayed at Shangri-La Paris and had a mixed experience. I had specifically paid for a room with a view, but unfortunately, for the first two days, I didn’t get the room I had booked, which was disappointing—especially considering the high standards expected from a luxury hotel like this. However, after raising the issue, the hotel finally provided me with the correct room. The next two days were much better, and I must say the view was absolutely breathtaking—definitely worth the wait. The iconic sights of Paris from the room were truly unforgettable, making the experience feel special. Overall, while the initial inconvenience was frustrating, the hotel did make up for it in the end with the stunning view I had originally hoped for. I’d recommend double-checking your room upon arrival, but once everything is sorted, the experience can be magical.

JJingliangA perfect experience that exceeded expectations, with a stunning balcony overlooking the Eiffel Tower! This stay far surpassed our expectations! We are incredibly grateful to the hotel for arranging a room with a balcony, and even more delightful was the unparalleled view – the balcony directly overlooked the Eiffel Tower! The hotel staff were all exceptionally warm and attentive, providing thoughtful service. The location is superb, situated in the bustling 8th arrondissement, perfect for walking shopping, and surrounded by many excellent restaurants. A special mention goes to the hotel's room service. On a clear morning, being able to sit on your own balcony, enjoying a delicious breakfast while admiring the Eiffel Tower view was truly a luxurious treat. Without a doubt, we will choose this hotel again next time we are in Paris.

GGuest UserI stayed in the peninsula hotel for three nights during my trip in Paris, it was a wonderful time and and it’s worth to stay and off course it is very peninsula. the restaurant call Lili tastes so good, thanks for their team work especially Tien who work on several issues that I was concerned about during my stay, let me feel that it was not only a five star hotel but his attitude and find the solution making you feel home away from home. One regret is the rooftop closed during my stay but hopefully will reopen soon for the guests soon. .

GGuest UserThe decor is tastefully classic and opulent. The rooms are quite spacious and well-equipped. The absolute highlight is its superb location, being very close to the Champs-Élysées! The white-haired gentleman in charge was exceptionally friendly, and we were pleasantly surprised that the breakfast staff could speak Chinese. There's also a supermarket conveniently located within a 5-minute walk.

RRyan Xing CunThe experience staying at Sofitel Paris Arc de Triomphe was remarkable. From the service (at the reception, bellboy, room service staff) to the room itself, the quality was just top-notch. Felt welcoming every single time I returned to rest after the end of each day, and even during checking out, the staff left a good impression. Will be back to stay at this hotel!

GGuest UserI liked the hotel, the staff is very nice! They speak English very well! The rooms are clean, there is good water pressure, it is warm, there are radiators. Good cosmetics (shampoo, etc.) The breakfast at first seemed small, but it is so delicious! Everything there is very tasty! I recommend it! And also the location of the hotel! Perfect! GGuest UserThe hotel room is not big, but it has everything you need. The breakfast is in the basement, which is not very rich. However, hotels in Paris are very expensive during this time. Although its price is not cheap, it is still a cost-effective choice considering its location. The hotel is very close to the Crazy Horse Nightclub, which is within ten minutes' walk. The show ended in the early morning, and considering the security situation in Paris, this is also a good choice. The staff are also very enthusiastic and I will stay here again next time I have the chance.

PPollyConvenient location, very convenient to Paris attractions. Only the room is really small, and it is difficult to pack your luggage. There was a damaged light in the room and no lighting was possible. Notified the front desk, but no engineering staff was replaced. A lady at the front desk was very attentive, introducing nearby attractions and recommending restaurants to us.
