GGuest UserThis is the most luxurious hotel on this trip. When we booked a 3-person room, we should have directly opened the connecting door of the two adjacent double rooms and turned them into suites for us. The area of a standard room is not large. The hotel provides welcome champagne, handwritten welcome cards, and ACQUA DI PARMA for bath products. The bed is relatively comfortable, the bath towels are thick and soft, and the mini bar has a rich variety. Two free bottles of mineral water and sparkling water are provided daily. Opposite the hotel is a military-related government department, so there are soldiers on hand throughout the day, which makes me feel instantly safe. Of course, the curtains may not be fully open during the day, because it is too close to the office building opposite. The location is very good. It is only ten minutes' walk from Castel Angel and Vatican City. It is very comfortable to run along the river in the morning. The only thing that is not ideal is that there are too few types of breakfast, each person has a fixed set, and there are a small amount of self-service fruits, yogurt and drinks.

YYiyiyi999The room facilities and hygiene are OK, the style is more Italian, and it does look historical. Unfortunately, the hotel staff initially gave me a room that did not match the booked room type, but after checking and reporting, they gave me another room. Overall, it's not bad, the location is good, the security is good, and the breakfast is OK. Just for your reference.

GGuest UserLocation is excellent as it allows traveler to go from the central railway station to the hotel by a walk (5 mins) and avoid queuing for taxi that in Rome are notoriously rare and scam tourist and Italians alike. Downside is that at night (I'd suggest avoiding walking around past 10pm) the area is unsafe due to the large numbers of homeless people wandering around. Hotel itself was great, polite and helpful staff, beautiful setting (in particular the dining/breakfast area) and nice rooms, quite spacious by Rome standard. Breakfast was good, specially if you prefer a sweet breakfast (excellent cakes!) but somewhat lacking of savory options.

るいすすあれすI often stay at Marriott hotels, so I made a reservation this time as well. The room was very spacious, and the bath and toilet were very clean. The breakfast was also delicious, and the location is only a 10-minute walk from the downtown area, so I highly recommend it!

GGuest UserFacilities: Everything is available, except that the wifi is very slow, everything else is perfect. Hygiene: Previous comments said that there are skin sensitivity, but both of us have eczema and nasal allergies, and there is no problem, and the hygiene is perfect. Environment: Newly renovated, but a little small, about 8 square meters less than the W Hotel behind, and the price is 20% more expensive, but the decoration is very extreme. Except for family travel, everything else is suitable. If you have children, this room is not recommended. Service: From the door to the front desk to the tourist consultation restaurant, even the cleaning team has an extreme service attitude, thumbs up 👍. Especially when we traveled during Easter, they gave us priority to check in after a tiring 22-hour journey, thank you 🙏 Breakfast: It’s not rich, but you can eat until you are full, and you can skip lunch because every dish feels better than the restaurant outside 😋.
