The staff were very friendly and helpful. They were extremely patient with answering questions or even with booking outside services like taxis. The meals were extravagant in portion and quality, and they even made sure to have a different meal every day! It may be a little bit of a walk from Hita Station but it's located by the river, which makes for serene scenery. I can't recommend this place enough!

This is a hotel with a long history, so it is old, but the room condition is good. The view of the Mikuma River was even better, and the staff was very friendly. Bicycles are available for free rental, and the food is good. The large bath and open-air bath are small, but considering the age, I guess it can't be helped. It is located along the Mikuma River, so it is a bit far from Hita Station or Mamedamachi. I had a good rest and left.

The hot springs and the first-floor lobby offer plenty of family-friendly spaces, making our stay enjoyable. The atmosphere, reminiscent of traditional Japanese culture, was also impressive. I recommend this accommodation to anyone seeking a truly authentic Japanese experience, and it's also a great choice for families and couples.

It's an older hotel, so it inevitably feels a bit worn, but it's still clean and the staff are friendly. If you have the time, I recommend taking a boat ride on the river right in front of the hotel for dinner.

This is a hotel I'd love to stay at again if I ever visit Hita. The hotel is the epitome of hospitality. The lobby is quiet and comfortable. Free family-friendly entertainment in the evenings. Free shuttle bus to the Sapporo Beer Factory. I had a wonderful time with my family during my stay.

I stayed in a Japanese-style room for one night without meals. The room is a little old, but not too bad. The river view from the room is amazing. The view from the large public bath is nice, but the water temperature is low and it doesn't feel like a hot spring.

It seems that they have reservations about the service attitude towards Chinese people.

When I searched for Hita, this place came up first, so I made a reservation. I learned about Hita from the Attack on Titan series, so I decided to visit. Now I understand why people recommend this place! I stayed here for two of three nights, and the view of the river at sunset was absolutely stunning. I enjoyed the view from my room the first night, and then went outside to see the river on the second day. It's so beautiful and quiet, it was wonderful. The check-in reception speaks English, so you can speak in English! They understand Korean, but they also have bicycles! They offer free bicycle rentals, so you can rent them and get around. However, they might be a little tall for women! They can't adjust the bikes. haha. Check-in starts at 3 p.m., and you can leave your luggage there. They'll store it in your room for you, which was convenient. We booked breakfast, but they told us it wasn't included, which was a bit surprising, but the staff member quickly corrected us. Be sure to try the breakfast here! If you're staying two nights, be sure to try everything on the second day. The meals were different on both nights, and I couldn't get enough of them. They were delicious. Those who enjoy Japanese cuisine will love this! It's a great way to enjoy your meal while looking out at the river view. The public baths alternate between men and women every day, so check carefully. If you look closely, you'll find a sauna! It's easy to miss, but it's there! The public baths might be a bit disappointing, but if you go when no one else is there, you can enjoy the outdoor baths.

It is a very historic ryokan. The staff were very kind, even though I am not very good at English and Korean. When using the hotel, it is recommended to use the shuttle bus that picks you up at Hakata Bus Terminal. There are many local restaurants right around the hotel, and they are very delicious.

The staff at the counter were very kind and I was very happy. I was able to borrow a hotel bicycle for free. The view from the outdoor terrace in the hotel lobby was truly amazing. Even though I'm a foreigner, the futon I was given in the Japanese-style room was very fluffy and I didn't feel like I was sleeping on the ground at all. The hotel room was spacious, clean, sunny, and very comfortable. The large communal bath had a small open-air bath, which was very nice. The atmosphere was wonderful.

Beautiful environment, big room, suitable for a family. Food is rich and delicious, cost-effective. Staff will recommend nearby attractions and try their best to help tourists. Walk 10-15 minutes to Hita Station.
