The hot springs were great, and I enjoyed several of them. The service was also quite good. However, I'm not sure if the hotel's bed linen was changed promptly; it clearly wasn't clean. While it's normal to encounter small bugs in the mountains, after dinner, when I prepared the bed and was about to sleep, I discovered several small black bugs crawling in my duvet and on the sheets. My companion's duvet also had them. I squashed a few with my fingers (the photo I took didn't show any duplicates). I tried to comfort myself, thinking that bugs are normal in a mountain setting, and turned off the light to sleep. The next day upon checking out, both of us felt itchy. I only had three small bites, but my companion's lower legs were quite badly affected. If the bed linen had been changed promptly, then perhaps the issue originated from mites or other pests in the storage closet where the linens are kept. For a hotel costing over 3,000 yuan a night, being bitten by bugs like this is truly unacceptable.

The hotel is nestled in serene mountains, and we stayed in a room with a private hot spring. The hotel staff were all very friendly and attentive, and the food was excellent. It's definitely worth making a special trip to experience.

From the moment we checked in, there were plenty of staff members on hand. They were incredibly friendly and polite. The surroundings were beautiful, the facilities were unique, and the food was delicious. We would definitely plan another stay.

This is genuinely the ryokan of a lifetime! The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive. The kaiseki dinner was an unbelievably moving experience, showcasing the ultimate in delicate perfection and meticulous artistry. The hot springs were pristine, leaving my body feeling utterly serene and rejuvenated. I'm already planning to return this winter! It's a ryokan that's worth every single penny – truly a once-in-a-lifetime stay.

The hotel service was excellent. Amenities were a bit limited, but the meals were very satisfying. While the mountain location was somewhat inconvenient, the shuttle service was a great help.

Just book it. You won't be disappointed!
