The receptionist was fantastic and very helpful however the room is very old and the worst hotel we had so far. Paid Y15,500 for an old and dusty room and aircon compressor next to the room and it was very loud . Had to complain to change room and they wanted to charge another Y2800 which is absurd. After much negotiation at 11 pm at night they swap us to another room which is far better then the original one but it’s still not worth the money paid. We have paid half the price hotel at some other location that is twice better than this one.

Old hotel, smell dusty but that’s just an old rug smell I think. I recommend you check with them if the pipe was fix because I couldn’t use the tub during my stay. I don’t know if the front during late night was just doing his job or a ****** that he stopped me so hard when I walked in like I’m not a customer. Can’t help it but think probably because I’m not Japanese.

The room is enough for a person. Staffs are so nice.

Location is very near the train station but there is not much thing at the surrounding, Breakfast included is quite nice, but not much variety, there are rice, natto, Japanese tamago, bread, fresh vege salad, ham, small sausage and miso soup, tats all 😊

The facilities are a little old, but they are kept clean. Also, the staff were very polite and helpful. Thank you very much.

I was told that the room was for smoking, but I got used to the smell and was able to stay there. The facilities were a little worn out, but the price was reasonable.

It was conveniently located near Katsuta Station. The facilities and cleanliness were in line with the price. Amenities were minimal.

After visiting Tohoku Aomori, I decided to check in the night before so that I could go to the National Seaside Park early the next morning to see the white butterflies. Please note that you have to climb more than 20 stairs to get to the front desk. I was dragging a big bag alone. Going up the stairs is really killing me! There is an elevator in Shadian that goes directly to the room, but the room is also very old. A stay of just over 200 yuan a night is enough. The free breakfast on the second day surprised me. It was in buffet format, very rich and delicious, and the quality was many, many times better than Toyoko Inn! If you don’t care about the stairs and the old room, it’s really worth it!

Breakfast was average. The location is good, just 5 minutes walk from the station. There is a Don Quijote supermarket behind it, but it is very tiring to carry the luggage up more than 20 steps.

The service was very good. Please do not fill the bathtub with hot water. The sauna and breakfast were good.

The breakfast was delicious. The room was clean and well-maintained.
