Overall ok, but walls are a bit thin I can hear water from the next room's bathroom

The only room available was a smoking room, so I applied for one. I had requested smoking disposal, but as soon as I opened the door, the smell of cigarettes hit me hard. I managed to get rid of it by spraying deodorizing spray on the walls, curtains, carpet, and the whole room. The room was on the 8th floor, so it was nice to be able to see the fireworks over Lake Senba from my room.

The hotel's location is easy to get to, and parking is also close to the hotel. The only downside is the room; the room smells less than fresh. I booked a non-smoking room, but the room smelled a bit musty and cigarette. The breakfast was very good, complete, and delicious. The public bath (onsen) was also very nice.

I stayed here on an overnight trip to Mito Kairakuen on February 22nd and 23rd. There is a hot spring, but it has a time system for men and women. Parking is free, but there is a limit to the number of cars that can be parked, so be careful. On the way back, I was in a hurry to get to Kairakuen, so I left my important family clock in the room, which was a pain. I contacted the front desk a few days later, and they kindly boxed it up and sent it to me, which was a great help ^_^

This is a typical business hotel. The bathtubs in the rooms are old, but there is a large public bath on the 8th floor where you can enjoy a long soak. A welcome drink is provided, and alcohol is available. There is also a drugstore nearby where you can do some shopping.

There was a strange smell in the air (especially in the elevator). However, the 600 yen breakfast was very affordable and filling, so I was very satisfied.

I used this hotel as a place to sleep after a drinking party with friends from another prefecture. It's close to the bar district and a little old, but it has a washlet, which is nice. It's rare to find a place to stay at this price, so I'll definitely use it again. Locking and opening the room door requires some skill due to the way it's built, but it's within the realm of possibility, and the large, free parking lot is also a plus.

As both of us work, it's difficult to take long holidays and we've never been able to go on a trip. We left after work on Saturday, but Katsuta-san was able to enter the hotel without having to worry about check-in time, which was the biggest deciding factor. It was cheap and I didn't have high expectations, but the receptionist was polite and thoughtful, which was helpful as we had small children. The room was clean and the kids were so happy that they dived into the futon lol. The sink and bath in the room were also great so the kids didn't have to be afraid of new places. On the way out, we gave the kids some sweets. They came in a cute drawstring bag and both of them liked it. It was a short stay, but the whole family was very satisfied. Next time, I'd like to try the breakfast. The delicious smell made us want to leave lol.

Well, it's a cheap hotel, but the smell...isn't very good.

It's a little far from the station, but it's not a big deal to walk there.

I would like to stay again if I have another opportunity
