The room was clean and the hotel facilities met domestic standards. It's very close to the airport and the hotel also offers an airport shuttle, which is convenient for travelers. The front desk staff speak English and Chinese, making both check-in and check-out very smooth. It's a great choice.

The resort is beautifully maintained and located right next to the beach, offering stunning ocean views and a relaxing atmosphere. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped, making it a perfect place to unwind. The service was excellent throughout my stay. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist with a smile. The swimming pools, restaurants, and resort facilities were all well-maintained and added to the overall enjoyable experience. The only drawback is that the resort is quite far from the main airport, so the journey to and from the resort can be lengthy. However, once you arrive, the beautiful beachfront location and exceptional hospitality make the trip well worth it. Overall, I highly recommend Holiday Inn Resort Ho Tram Beach and would happily stay here again.
