Right downstairs, there's a Burger King and a massage parlor. Plus, it's next to a night market, the train station, and the sightseeing bus even stops here. The room was incredibly clean, and a staff member proactively helped me with my luggage.

Spring House Hotel – Ho Chi Minh City We had a pleasant stay at Spring House Hotel in Ho Chi Minh City. The hotel is well-located, comfortable, and very convenient for travelers. Things We Liked: Excellent location – close to everything: convenience stores, restaurants, shopping areas, laundry shops, the bus going to Mũi Né, and Bùi Viện Walking Street (all within walking distance). Spacious and clean room – the room was big, tidy, and well-maintained. Bathroom layout – hot and cold shower with a separate toilet, which was very convenient. Clean sheets and easy towel requests – fresh towels are easily requested when needed. Lower-floor room – no need to go up to higher floors, although the hotel does have an elevator. Friendly and helpful staff – the receptionist speaks English well and was easy to communicate with during check-in and check-out.
