The hotel is very comfy and cozy also I like staying here because it’s very quiet I didn’t expect it’s quiet here since it’s located in district 1

I chose this stay as it was well located but ended up disappointed. Besides the decoration that is beautiful, a mini kitchen with stove, fridge and microwave, towels, slippers and toiletry travel kit provided, the cleanliness was not good. The shower space and shiwer head had mold and the microwave was dirty. I notified the reception but they didn't do anything.

This isn't really a traditional hotel; it's more like an apartment. The room has basic kitchen facilities which is convenient. The convenience store is a bit of a walk, but it's manageable. The cleanliness is good.

The place doesn’t look like the photos at all. No bathtub in any of the rooms. There are ants everywhere all over the room. There’s also a stench in the toilet. Location is very hidden, nothing like the photo you see. Very disappointing and run down place. 0/10 for cleanliness. Everything is really just dirty.

I like the concept of the hotel, but I think it isn’t well maintained. The actual room is not as glamorous as photo seems. The pipe head for both sink and shower room keeps falling out. Blanket is stained and mouldy. The shower water pressure is low too. The toilet couldn’t flush and we had to go to the counter to seek for help twice but only the security guard could attend us. However on our third attempt, we manage to get handyman to come into the room to get the toilet fixed. Location is great, Aircond works well, night is silence.

All rooms are windowless, and not as shown in the pictures… The room was not cleaned until told to. I am sure it will get better. Good luck.

It's really a beautiful place with beautiful decorations. I stayed at 4/Fl with 4 unit rooms including mine. We commonly share a large balcony with a lot of plants and sunlight. However, the hotel needs some enhancement in toilet flushing. But I still want to stay in this hotel when I come to Ho Chi Minh city again.

25 mins walk to the war remnant museum and 15 min walk to Takashimaya. There are some nice cafes and eateries nearby

Terrible, not clean, no pool, holes everywhere, the hotel should be avoided.

It's not expensive, but everything is very dirty and shabby.

Good service staff The room is cute, quiet, but the bathroom stinks most of the time. Towels are not provided. Everything was missing except soap and shampoo. The drawer couldn't be closed. Tell the housekeeper to come change the bed for you. The housekeeper only came to make the bed but didn't change it at all. So I thought that for staying for 7 days, I should change the mattress. The room is cute. There is a microwave, cups, plates, and hot water kettle. There are no spoons. Overall, it's almost good. I like it. During the day, there's a guard watching all the time. You can walk around and find something to eat easily.
