The hotel's surroundings are quite lively, with plenty of options for dining, coffee, and spas. It's close to various attractions, so you can either take a taxi or enjoy a leisurely stroll. The room's cleanliness was generally good, but the bathroom definitely needed an air freshener to mask a certain smell. Service was excellent: the lobby porter proactively helped with luggage during both check-in and check-out. Restaurant staff were very attentive, asking if we preferred coffee or hot tea, and even brought our rice noodles directly to the table. The front desk staff also provided great service.

This hotel is located in the city center, making it very convenient for getting around. The environment is elegant, and they offer free afternoon tea. The breakfast is also plentiful and refined. All the staff are incredibly warm and welcoming. While the hotel is on the smaller side with not many rooms, everything else is excellent. If I visit Ho Chi Minh City again, I would definitely choose to stay here.

THE LOCATION IS THE HIGHLIGHT OF THIS HOTEL. literally near to everything. all the tourist spot such as ben tanh market, pizza 4ps, and bo ne bo nui as a breakfast.the hotel is decent. have great amenities including bathtub but its not soundproof. you can still heard people walking down the corridor but it doesnt bother me. the breakfast is the second point that i love. they have different menu everyday but they manage to secure the same main dish such as pho and vietnam coffee which turns out to be my favourite. i order the same meals for every morning in my stay. it taste amazing until i manage to ask the staff there whT brand of coffee did they use cause trust me its so tasty🥰

Fantastic hotel with a great location! It's super easy to get a DiDi (ride-sharing app) here. Plus, it's just a 5-minute walk to the famous Vietnamese pho spot and the best bakery. 😄 Behind the hotel, on the main road, there's a bun shop that opened in 1975 – their big buns are quite interesting! The hotel breakfast is amazing, everything is delicious! For lunch, the beef pho has so much meat, definitely a must-try! 👍🏻 All the nearby tourist attractions are within walking distance. The staff's English is excellent, so communication is a breeze! I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit!

Good service at the front desk even late at night. Mini bar with free bottles of drinking water and cold soda drink and a pack of snack. Morning breakfast with full range of foods, mixed with western and chinese style breakfast. Surprise to see a full size bath tub even with single size bed room. Make a feedback on the hotwater issue, but was resolved. After that the Front desk even called to ensure everything is OK. Very quick response !
