The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to both Saigon Centre and Bui Vien Street. There are also many restaurants and convenience stores nearby, so you won't feel any inconvenience! The subway entrances were numerous and the station was close by, so I think it will become even more convenient once more subway lines are added. The front desk staff were also kind and polite. You get a welcome drink when you check in. However, the fact that there was only one elevator might be a slight drawback... The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable! It was a lifesaver to have a bathtub (great for warming up after the pool).

I was really impressed with this hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and wonderfully decorated. I appreciated the multifunctional toilet! Good selection at breakfast. Location was very good with lots of restaurants around.

Hotel location is great! Many food options and Ben Thanh market right beside. While breakfast spread is simple, it changes daily which is good for us as we were there for 4 nights. Staff are friendly and helpful! Nice sweet surprise with Flowers and Wine to celebrate our Anniversary!

ATTENTION!!! We booked a 26 sq. meter room, but were given a room that was only 13 sq. meters. They showed us two other rooms, and they were also around 13 sq. meters. The hallway is under renovation: it's narrow and very stuffy. We weren't informed about the renovations beforehand, which was an unpleasant surprise. After my complaint, the manager offered to refund the cost of one night's stay. I refused and am leaving my review. For this price, you could stay at the 5-star Rex Hotel, located in the very center of the city, and get a room 2-3 times larger. Reviews for this hotel are questionable – it seems many of them are fake. 😊 If very small rooms don't bother you, everything else is perfectly fine.

Hotel service standards differ wildly, we checked in at night, receptionist was less than friendly and looked annoyed that we came in late. When we went out next day we noticed people checking in were given welcome drinks and fruits, which we did not get. Not a big thing to us overall but we did not feel service standard was consistent for those who came in way before check in time and those who came in late. Hotel looks nice in pictures but if you're looking for vibes to chill and a nice hotel to relax in, this is not it. Location was great which is the only upside for us. Overall the hotel just lacked in every aspect, we've stayed in cheaper hotels and got way better service. Also there is absolutely no space to open 2 trunk style luggage and walk around the room. Listing said 28m2 but it was very much smaller. We really felt like we got cheated for the price we paid, we should have stayed in another hotel.

Such a lovely hotel, love the curves which reminded me of cave hotel. Breakfast spread was very sumptuous and included enough dishes which can qualify as lunch. Their hightea was lovely too, such a good respite to come back hotel to drop off shopping from nearby Ben Thanh Market / Saigon Square and recharge via the complimentary hightea. We got complimentary wine who looked unassuming but tasted surprisingly good. Staff were very helpful and courteous as well. I will recommend this in a heartbeat!

The breakfast was delicious, and the room was very clean and comfortable! The location in the city center was also convenient for returning to rest after shopping.
