La Phan Huy Ich Hotel

The facilities were well-maintained, and even without a window, the room was comfortable. As others have mentioned, there were times when English or Vietnamese wasn't understood, but it's part of traveling in a foreign country, and we managed to communicate using an app. It was such a pleasant stay that I had planned to book another night, but my schedule changed, and I couldn't. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit.

The hotel is good overall, and the service is (good). I stayed for a few days and didn't regret the money spent. For anyone planning to book, I recommend choosing a higher room category.

The hotel is clean, tidy, and the staff are very enthusiastic and provide excellent care. All three front desk staff members were cheerful, handsome, beautiful, and friendly – we had a great first impression. They were always ready to answer any questions, spoke kindly and politely, and showed genuine concern for guests. Anything we needed, they were there in a minute! Next time I visit, I will definitely return to this property. I really like this hotel because of their warm and lovely attitude. The rooms at the hotel are very good, clean, and spacious. The staff are welcoming. Just remember to double-check the address when booking a taxi to the hotel, as there are two branches.

There was a giant cockroach in the room. And instead of moving me to a better room, they gave me a worse one. The door in the room didn't close properly. The area is terrible. There are no shops or decent cafes nearby. I was hungry.
