Nice apartment. Had to ask the doorman to unlock the door for us to get into lobby but once we got in, the property manager’s instructions via WhatsApp were clear to obtain key cards etc. View is spectacular especially from the rooftop pool, which is nice salt water and pleasantly cool. Has an ensuite in master bedroom and another bathroom, and also washing/drying machines and place to hang wet things. Beds are comfortable and the place has dishes and a big fridge. The street nearby has a mini mart but not many restaurants around. Had to get Grab food a bit but it’s quick delivery. Location not far from Ben Thanh markets and few other places but I’d get a taxi/Grab as it’s hot and roads are super busy. Only thing was no tea towels to wipe dishes or hand towels in any bathrooms. Other than that we enjoyed a few nights here.

The three-bedroom suite is spacious; however, we encountered cockroaches and large ants in one of the rooms. Additionally, the hairdryer and towels are quite old. The 4p’s pizza is right at the entrance of the apartment.
