It was perfect with a view of the city, no noise

Overall the experience was good. Although we were moved from another apartment after the first day (apparently we were erroneously given the wrong apartment), it was fir a better view than the previous one.

I booked 2 rooms at the last minute but fortunately got a room, the staff helped my friend to check in after 20 minutes. The room was nothing special, and there were only two towels during his stay. Not all the utilities, but fine.

Landmark is truly “worth living”. Everything is perfect from design to service.

This stay was a major disappointment from the start. Upon arrival, the lobby had a foul smell, which set a bad tone immediately. I discovered that my room didn’t match what I had booked, only to be informed that the apartment building shown in the photos wasn't permitted for short-term rentals, so I was moved to a different, much older, rundown property. The issues just kept piling up. The room lacked basic amenities—no detachable shower head, only a rain shower, which isn’t practical for everyone. The toilet flush didn’t work, and I was told I'd have to wait until 6 a.m. for any help, which was unacceptable. I ended up leaving and booking a different place because staying without a functioning toilet is simply out of the question. This place is not a hotel or serviced apartment as advertised—it’s just an Airbnb disguised as one, with none of the expected quality or professionalism. The owner refused to provide a refund and only offered a 10% discount, which doesn’t come close to compensating for this awful experience. I would strongly advise against staying here.

Check-in and check-out were handled very quickly and conveniently as we had to move around a lot so that was very helpful.
