It's not a hotel. It's a regular apartment with self-check-in. It doesn't provide self-check-in information. I wandered around for 2 hours to find an apartment. With the help of a local, I was barely able to contact them through the Zalo Vietnam app and self-check-in. I stayed for 3 days, but they didn't provide towels. There were a ton of ants in the room welcoming me. Since you can't use Airbnb in Vietnam, it seems they use Trit.com to disguise the room as a hotel and do business. I've been using Trit.com for more than 8 years, but this is the first time I've seen such a bad room. I think Trit.com should check and kick out this kind of self-check-in room. It's a place that disguise itself as a hotel and do business. Never book this place. If you want to experience hell, you can visit.

The key is that neither Ctrip nor the hotel will inform you in advance how to check in or how to check in by yourself after the reservation is successful! There is also a difference between the hotel name and the actual check-in name. I searched for nearly an hour but couldn't find the hotel... The hygiene is also average.
