Check in was straightforward. Han was very friendly, she sent her staff on Saturday morning to sort out blocked shower drainage. Amazing location! Restaurants on 67th and 77th floor were absolutely amazing. Highly recommended. Gmy access was not working. Access pass to building entrance was not working but i waited for other resident to open the door.

Lovely apartment with amazing views, massive space and good location as at bottom of apartments is a shopping center with food, clothes ect even a ice rink. Lovely location and very clean area with family mart opposite Lovely in the night time too with the sky line from bedroom

A Unique Stay at Landmark 81, but Some Room for Improvement First of all, it is important to note that this is more like a private apartment rental than a hotel. The building itself is beautiful, and having the opportunity to stay in Landmark 81, one of Ho Chi Minh City’s most iconic buildings, was a unique and memorable experience. However, I was somewhat disappointed with several aspects of the service. The check-in process took much longer than expected, so I would recommend allowing extra time if you have plans afterward. Communication was mainly through WhatsApp. While the staff were generally responsive, there were several occasions when I was told that further information would be provided later, but I did not receive any follow-up unless I contacted them again. There were also a few details that made the stay feel less polished. For example, some of the towels had the branding of another hotel on them, which felt a little unusual. There were no hand towels or trash bins, and some basic amenities that would have made the apartment more comfortable and convenient seemed to be missing. The accommodation has an interesting setup: although it is closer to a private apartment rental than a hotel, you still need to meet the staff in person for parts of the check-in process. This was a new experience for me. Overall, staying in Landmark 81 itself was special and memorable, and the building is impressive. However, I think the guest experience could be significantly improved with a smoother check-in process, more consistent communication, and better attention to basic amenities.

We booked and paid for a two-night stay. From the moment we entered, the apartment was in a condition that made it unsuitable for us, especially as I was travelling with my child. There was visible dirt throughout the apartment, an unpleasant smell coming from the bedding and mattress, and the door could not be securely locked from the inside - all of which raised serious hygiene and safety concerns. We tried very hard to stay for the first night since we had no immediate alternative, but we could not rest properly under these conditions. As a result, we had to leave the following day and arrange alternative accommodation at our own expense. In addition, the day after staying there, my son developed a skin allergy and broke out in red rashes, which we believe was caused by the unclean bedding and mattress.

Absolutely incredible stay at Landmark 81! Our 3-bedroom apartment was stunning—spacious, luxuriously furnished, and offered breathtaking panoramic views of Saigon from every room. The floor-to-ceiling windows made sunsets unforgettable. The apartment was immaculately clean, fully equipped with premium amenities, and had plenty of space for our whole group to relax comfortably. The location is unbeatable, with easy access to Vincom Mall and great restaurants downstairs. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were professional and responsive. Whether traveling with family or friends, this place is a showstopper. We felt like we were on top of the world! Highly recommend for a five-star experience. Will definitely book again!

Checking in took a lot of time and confusions, the hosts wee sometimes unresponsive, maybe they were busy. However, they were super kind and accommodating. The building reception and security were extremely unpleasant, rude and not helpful. Maybe cause they look down on tourists in the building as short term stays are not permitted. The rooms were quite tiny, we were a group of 6 and it often got crowded, especially the living room. Overall, nothing fancy staying in this tower, some of the other towers around this would definitely have better views.

I had a great stay at these apartments in the center of Ho Chi Minh City. The location was very convenient, and what stood out most was the attentiveness of the management team. Even though my stay was short, they were always responsive, friendly, and ready to help with any questions or requests. Their excellent service made the experience smooth and comfortable. Highly recommended.
