Great service by the staff and awesome cleanliness. Free laundry service as well. Location was very convenient to wherever we needed to go, all walkable distance. Only downside was hotel is located beside a school hence there will be noise (music, speeches) heard in the morning ~7.30am on weekdays.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the newly opened M Village Hotel Nguyen Du after having a wonderful experience at another M Village location. I was excited to give this branch a try, and I am happy to report that it did not disappoint! While it may not be classified as a Signature hotel, the service provided at M Village Nguyen Du was exceptional. The reception team made an effort to check in on me daily through WhatsApp, ensuring that I had everything I needed. When I did reach out with a request, they responded promptly and acted quickly to assist me. I chose the Superior room based on the pictures that featured a well-equipped desk, which was essential for my work during my stay. I was pleased to find that the room met all my needs perfectly. It was spacious, very clean, and the desk area was just what I was looking for. The hotel is conveniently located near a variety of shops and restaurants in the street behind it, which made dining and shopping very easy. I should mention that the school next to the hotel can be a bit noisy in the mornings, but it didn't bother me much during my stay. Overall, I had a fantastic experience at M Village Hotel Nguyen Du and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-serviced stay!
