I had a wonderful stay. Hotel is very new, bed is comfortable. A clean, minimalist atmosphere that made it easy to relax and unwind. The staff were friendly and helpful, making me feel safe and welcome throughout my stay. It’s a perfect choice for solo travelers looking for comfort and tranquility in the city.

This hotel's location is absolutely central, and the design and service are excellent! The location is unbeatable; it's super convenient for shopping, dining, and massages, very close to Japan Street, and great for a drink, haha. Most importantly, it feels very safe~ The hotel rooms aren't huge, but they are very well-designed, and all the hardware brands used are top-notch. The bar on the first floor offers free instant noodles, fruits, snacks, and drinks, though service stops at night~ The front desk and bellhops are incredibly nice, always smiling, and even help notify drivers to come over, sending you off and handling your luggage with great care and thoughtfulness 🧳 The experience was truly fantastic!!

Convenient location, near the center, easy to move to tourist attractions. Beautiful lobby, clean space and the staff are very friendly and cheerful. The room is smartly designed, clean. I had a relaxing vacation here.

I was asked to write a review but was not compensated. I stayed here previously and my stay was great. Seems it was a fluke. I had a long stay and this time discovered that the Kin Hotel Hai Ba Trung is adjacent to a dance club or something that pumps loud music all day and night (even on weekdays) and it vibrates the entire hotel. I tried to switch rooms but all rooms are on one side of the hotel and were thumping and vibrating. It’s intolerable and I won’t return. I’m displeased the front desk pretended like it’s an AC unit causing the horrific noise. Walls are paper thin and this doesn’t help either. You can hear normal volume conversations straight through the wall.
