service was excellent, and the staff were extremely helpful, friendly, and welcoming. The room was clean and comfortable, with a really nice vibe. The location was also very convenient and easy to get a cab from. Another plus is that there’s a café and a facial place downstairs, which is super convenient if you have some free time to kill. Overall, a very pleasant stay and would definitely recommend!

This was my second time staying at this hotel, and it was just as great as I remembered. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always helpful and accommodating throughout my stay. The location is excellent—right along the main road, making it easy for cars and motorbikes to access, with a café conveniently located on the ground floor. Overall, it was another wonderful experience. I hope they continue to maintain this high standard of service. Highly recommended — 10/10!

Great stay at M Hotel! Jack and Mandy provided exceptional service throughout our stay. They were incredibly thoughtful and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. They even helped us secure a reservation at the restaurant we wanted to visit, which we truly appreciated. The hotel’s location is another huge plus. It’s very convenient and easily accessible to most of the major tourist attractions, making it a great base for exploring the city. There’s also an excellent coffee shop on the ground floor of the hotel serving Every Half Coffee, which is perfect for starting the day with a great cup of coffee. Their warm hospitality and the hotel’s excellent location made our experience even more enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend M Hotel to anyone visiting.

Location: very close to independence palace, and all sites are within walking distance. Room: clean, modern, essentials are provided. Breakfast: we had breakfast at this property for our entire stay, very very good. Pho, diy banh mi, etc are all delicious. Service: impeccable! We added front desk’s whatsapp, they sorted out our sim card problem in 20 mins, and one night when we were out, they provided restaurants recommendations, and yes, it’s a great restaurant. Overall impression: i’ll choose this property again in a heart beat.

I stayed here for 8 days and 7 nights, and it turned out to be one of the best decisions of my trip. The customer service was consistently friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it easy to settle in for a longer visit. One feature I really appreciated was the complimentary self-service laundry area. Having access to washing machines, dryers, and detergent was incredibly convenient, especially for travelers staying for several days. It made packing lighter and traveling much easier. The location is another major advantage. Many of Ho Chi Minh City's popular attractions, restaurants, cafés, and shopping areas are easily accessible from here. Whether you're exploring District 1 or moving around the city, it's a very convenient base. If you're planning to stay in Ho Chi Minh City for more than just a few days, M Village Tao Dan Park is definitely a hotel worth considering. I would happily stay here again on my next visit.

Overall I love the hospitality given by the staffs. Staffs are all welcoming, friendly and helpful. You all given a very promptly reply through what’s app. The hotel room is clean, water pressure for shower is good and temperature pretty good also housekeeping is good. They have gym, self service laundry and coffee shop and the lobby Location is convenience and accessible to convenience stores, Michelin restaurant and some attractions and I love the special discount for grab services

Receptionist have very good service and very kind. Good English spoken, location also convenience. But maybe breakfast can be improve. And also receptionist will use WhatsApp to contact us for some info, that is quite helpful for us.
