I'd recommend using225 instead of 219-27, as it’s much easier to find. Once you get out of your ride, you’ll see a large restaurant—walk past it and into the alley.
Check-in was easy, and we were given room 402, the highest floor, which we appreciated. The room itself was okay. We noticed some yellow stains and what appeared to be small holes on the bedsheets, but we didn’t complain since we were extremely tired and just wanted to sleep.
The air conditioning and Wi-Fi both worked well, and Netflix was available and functioned properly. However, the bathroom design was awkward—the door was difficult to open fully because a towel rack was installed directly behind it. Water pressure on the fourth floor was extremely weak, almost non-existent. Also, there is no elevator, so carrying large or heavy luggage up several flights of stairs can be challenging.
Unfortunately, the biggest drawback was the lack of sound insulation. Noise traveled very easily—we could hear our neighbors using a hairdryer, sneezing, and other everyday sounds, which made it difficult to fully relax. It will be helpful if you add a microwave on the first floor too.
On the positive side, there is a free washing machine on the first floor, and laundry detergent is provided. Overall, it was an okay stay, but there are several areas that could be improved.
