This was one of the worst stays I’ve had. The room was simply dirty from the moment I walked in. No toilet paper was provided, no towel was given, and there was no liquid soap — only a bar of soap that was itself dirty and grimy. I spotted 3-4 ants on the bed, and there was hair and other debris on the sheets, showing the room hadn’t been properly cleaned before check-in. Both the bed and pillow had a strange, unpleasant odor. The bathroom sink’s drain hose underneath wasn’t properly connected, so every time I washed my hands, water leaked out onto the floor and splashed back on me. The location isn’t great either — there isn’t even a proper convenience store or market nearby. I’ve stayed in far better places for the same price, and sometimes even cheaper. I can’t recommend this place.

I had a wonderful stay here. The room was clean, cozy, and comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The location was convenient, with plenty of food options and convenience stores nearby. Everything I needed was within easy reach. Overall, it was excellent value for money. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city.

The room is located near the center of District 10, convenient for transportation, clean, private, and not as noisy as the rooms next door. I frequently travel to Ho Chi Minh City for work, and this is where I usually stay.

The location was okay. However, the Burmese women who i as sharing the room with were not so very educated people, including one Russian man wont shut up but keep talking. I know that it was cheap place but there was very little privacy and it was not so pleasant dealing with people with no basic respect and common sense. Please write some rules so that foreign guests can understand, they could not read vietnamese.

I really like the owner of this hotel. Whenever I had any issues and wrote them, they always answer. They do have people come through to empty trash and clean up as much as possible. I really like the idea that I can lock my living area up and go out on the town without worrying about my stuff getting stolen. This is considerably different than a regular hostel. I generally paid less than a hostel but with more security. The washing machines was shared among all people living in the building. Overall, I didn’t have an issue staying here. I left because I found an apartment to live in. I recommend.

The room, I feel haven't cleaned before I check in. In Locker has trash of food. But can stay I hope next time you may improve it. Thanks.
