Honest Review: With Proof
Room details: Triple Room, 5th Floor
Pros:
-The room is quite quiet from outside traffic. We could not hear car noises or horns from the street when the windows were properly closed.
-The room provides the basic necessities, including hangers, an iron, and a hairdryer, all conveniently placed together in a basket.
Cons:
-The cleanliness could definitely be improved. If you have asthma or are very sensitive to dust, I would recommend considering other options.
-We found what appeared to be dandruff/scalp flakes along the side of the mattress, which was quite unpleasant.
-The room was very limited in space for three people, especially with our luggage.
-The TV/LCD shown in the room photos was not actually there. There was a TV remote, but no TV 😅.
I sincerely hope the hotel management can improve the housekeeping, especially by properly vacuuming areas where dust can easily accumulate.
Unfortunately, two of my friends experienced quite severe flu symptoms during our stay, which we believe may have been related to the significant amount of dust in the room.
Overall, the location and basic facilities were okay, but cleanliness and room maintenance definitely need more attention.
