BEST BUDGET FRIENDLY HOTEL - absolute 5-Star service from the staff from the moment you arrive at the hotel you’re helped with your luggage and greeted with genuine warmth by the gentlemen at the door, the awesome front desk staff, as well as the cleaning staff & incredible restaurant staff during the breakfast buffet. Room = 4 Stars (usual wear & tear - good shower and water pressure) Breakfast Buffet = 5 Stars (so much variety + coffee bar!) Location: Literally a short walk to Ben Thanh Market and all the top restaurants Service from staff: 100 stars!!!

3 stars hotel with 5 stars service. You must experience it yourself. Location is near to everything you want. Walking distance to many interesting places and shopping areas.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a very pleasant experience overall. The room was clean and well-maintained, and the bed was comfortable, which allowed me to rest well. The location was also very convenient, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The staff were friendly and helpful, making both check-in and check-out smooth and easy. One minor downside was that the soundproofing was not perfect, so there was some noise from outside. Overall, it was great value for the price, and I would definitely consider staying here again.

Stayed there for 2 nights. Location is good and convenient, close to many cafe, restaurants and Ben Tanh market. Taxis and Grab are easily available. Booked a deluxe room, size wise it is good enough. The staff is pretty friendly. Bathroom is a little tight. Hot water is a little inconsistent, need to let the water run for a while before it gets hot. The central AC is very good and powerful. Bed is very huge, I think it is made up of 2 double beds. Overall, it is definitely good enough for a work trip hotel.

the hotel is located at very great place in D1 in ho chi minh city near to the market and the walking street there is plenty of restaurants and convenience stores around the hotel stuff is very nice and hospitality the rooftop bar is amazing with the great view to the city

Hotel is in a good location. It's near the attractions and food places. We found the staff very friendly especially the bell boy. Room was clean and water is provided daily. They have a gym and pool - these are small but it wasn't an issue for us as we were exploring the city most of the time

The service was good, and the hotel is very conveniently located in the center of Sai Kung, within walking distance or a short ride to many attractions. There's also a large Japanese shopping mall nearby. The swimming pool temperature was comfortable, and the room's cleanliness was acceptable.

We were happy with the room size and cleanliness. The rooftop pool was a nice addition and the breakfast was unbelievable!

Unfortunately,our stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing from the very beginning.The problems started at check-in,where the lady at the front desk was unfriendly and made us feel unwelcome. The room itself was dirty and poorly maintained.The blinds did not close properly,which meant no privacy at all-if you wanted to change clothes,people outside could see you,and relaxing or sleeping longer in the morning was impossible.The bathroom door also had blinds,so you could hear and smell everything,which was very uncomfortable. For a boutique hotel that claims to be 4-star,not providing a conditioner is unacceptable.The mirror showed signs of corrosion,the shower made strange and unpleasant noises, and the safe in the room did not work. On top of everything,waiting for the elevator took more than 20 minutes,which was extremely frustrating. Overall, this was a very poor experience, and I definitely would not recommend this hotel.

We enjoyed the central location, small boutique vibe hotel without the pushy attitude or price tag….what small boutique hotels should aspire to be. Rooftop pool was great, although non breakfast menu is limited, we would breakfast was awesome. Staff are very friendly and always happy to help you and never rude….always a smile. We stayed 10days.

Bonjour, I arrived at 4:00 AM and, because I had made two separate reservations as I couldn't modify the dates, I had to check out of my room at 10:00 AM that morning. I went for lunch, and when I returned around 1:00 PM, I didn't have a room and had to wait until 3:00 PM to get my room back. I find this completely unacceptable. I will never stay at this hotel again. I am extremely dissatisfied with the service.

This was my first time staying here. I'd say the hotel's quality matches its price. The creaky bed was a bit bothersome, though.

This hotel location is good and a lot of foods to choose from. I notice left my bag at the lobby when I reach airport. I went back and they already got my bag outside the hotel waiting for me. Very good service.
