Luna Hotel Saigon Center

We arrived at the hotel around 8 PM, checked in, and then went out for dinner. When we came back, we found that the door lock was completely useless; it didn't matter if we used a card or not, the door could just be opened. We called the front desk, and they said they'd send someone to fix it the next day. The hotel is right by the road, so it was very noisy. There was no safe in the room, and a fire alarm suddenly went off in the middle of the night, which really scared us. We went out during the day, and when we returned in the evening, the lock was still unfixed – they clearly hadn't repaired it. Plus, there was no bottled water delivered to the room on the second day. It was already evening, so there was no point in complaining. The sink stopper was broken, and there was no bath mat. The air conditioning suddenly dropped to 22 degrees Celsius at night and couldn't be adjusted. After staying for two nights, we switched hotels. It was just terrible; there was no sense of security. I've never encountered such a situation before.

I enjoyed my first night so much that I extended my stay for another day. This budget hotel is right by Bui Vien Street, offering a quiet escape amidst the hustle and bustle. It's easy to hail a taxi right outside, and there's no traffic congestion. The best part is how incredibly quiet it is, a complete contrast to the noisy Bui Vien Street just around the corner. Due to the climate, the lower floors might be a bit humid, but everything else was perfect.
