The price was cheap, so the facilities were a bit old. The door to our room was warped, and every time we entered or left, we were worried it wasn't closed properly and had to double-check. Drinks and water in the mini-fridge all cost extra, so keep that in mind if you plan to use them.

A good hotel with a pleasant interior and a convenient location. The rooms are bright and spacious, making for a comfortable stay. The wicker furniture adds a cozy touch. It's suitable for a quiet stay without unnecessary frills. For a video review, check out the Pikart Travel YouTube channel.

Not a friendly hotel! Other than location is ok nothing else worth it.

The hotel was okay, but overpriced for the quality of the room. There were small red ants in the hotel. The mattress was really uncomfortable because it was too hard. But the worst part was the check-out. There was a mini-fridge in our room with drinks and instant noodles. During our week-long stay, we used the two packs of noodles and one small bottle of water. When we checked out, the receptionist asked what we had used. We told her specifically the two noodles and the bottle of water. She then demanded an extra 80,000 (we found the same noodles and water at 7-Eleven for 13,000). We didn't have enough cash, so we went to withdraw some. Since we were heading to the airport, we only withdrew 100,000 as we didn't want to carry too much. When we returned, she claimed we had also used another bottle of water and two Cokes. However, there were no Cokes in the room when we checked in. She demanded 200,000 and refused to let us leave, even though we only had 100,000 on us. After some back and forth, we agreed to pay because we had a flight to catch and needed to rush to the airport. Then she told us the card machine was broken… In short, we lost 30 minutes, only for her to eventually charge the card used for the reservation directly.

This hotel is right next to Ben Thanh Market, less than a 10-minute walk away. The location is excellent! 👍

It’s quite cosy and the location is so good. It’s near coffee shop, malls and markets. I recommend it!

I booked this hotel because of its location. I arrived in the morning and they held my luggage for me. When I went to check in in the evening after sightseeing, I was told that something in my room was broken and I would have to move to a sister hotel about a 5-minute drive away. They did arrange a car for me. The staff at both this hotel and the one I moved to were very accommodating, but I was on a tight schedule and had planned everything meticulously. So, it was a bit disappointing that the transfer time and having to move hotels messed up my plans, like going to the restaurants I wanted to visit. Regarding the hotel I was moved to, I think it's perfectly fine for anyone looking for a private room with a toilet and bath at a low cost. The hot water and water pressure were also good. I imagine this hotel would be of similar quality too.

The lady receptionist was really helpful throughout the stay we were there and always so accommodating to my requests to the point that I’m worried that I may be being difficult customer.

Friendly staff, great location. But the hotel room is different from what you saw. It’s basically a neat old room. I would only recommend to those who looking for a budget room. Nothing fancy with this price. And please remember to ask for a quiet room….or else I don’t think you would be able to sleep well
