The room had a musty smell and no windows, which made it feel stuffy. The pillows were tiny, and the blanket felt more like a bedspread. The air conditioning was very old. Food and cigarette smells constantly drifted into the room. The staff wasn't very helpful; their answers were confusing. I rented a car, but couldn't park it in front of the hotel because there was no one to look after it, though the bellhop was good and helped me with my luggage every time. The bathroom always had a bad odor.

The hotel has an elevator, but it's one floor above the reception. Generally, hotels in this area don't have elevators. There's a hairdryer, the bed is comfortable, and the room is very small. Good shower.

The location is fantastic, within walking distance to Ben Thanh Market and surrounded by many delicious restaurants. The elevator is only accessible from the floor above reception, but they kindly helped carry my luggage up the stairs to get there. The room had enough space to spread out my belongings. There were a couple of minor issues, like a dirty toilet bowl and no toilet paper (though I got some when I asked at reception), but overall, I would definitely like to stay here again when I visit Ho Chi Minh City.

Friendly helpful staff and a nice pleasant room. Wifi was a bit hit and miss in my room which was annoying but plenty of other places I could go to work. Also I left the DND sign on my door and the maid still left me water - that’s so nice!

They are very nice. 24 hours open and they are very helpful. They helped us to carry our luggages to the street where we waited for our cab when we checked out.

Excellent location, just a street away from the lively bar street, a 2-minute walk. There are plenty of restaurants downstairs and nearby. Next door is the hop-on hop-off bus stop. It's very central and convenient. Japan Street is about a kilometer straight ahead. The hotel itself is just okay, but I used points so I didn't have much choice.

The staff were consistently helpful and always greeted guests with a smile, which made the experience even more welcoming. I also appreciated the 24-hour reception—it gave me peace of mind knowing assistance was available anytime. Overall, a comfortable and hassle-free stay in a place that’s close to everything you might want to see and do.

We truly loved the location of this hotel! We had a direct bus from the airport it was within walking distance to almost everywhere in city centre! The service was quite good as well. It was a pleasant stay and value for money!

Good value for money, and no strange odors.

Room is clean, they change linens and towels daily. Staff is very helpful and they let us leave our baggage since we arrive earlier.

For this price point and location, I think it's pretty good.
