A good value low price hotel in central HCMC. Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast wasn’t provided so can’t comment. Room was on a high floor - no elevator FYI. Easy to get around by Grab and lots of small local restaurants nearby.

Second time I booked, first time had a nice room. Second time another building and bathroom as well bedroom need updated. But I will return again. Area have many food options district 3.

The hostess and sister are cute and thoughtful. The room is clean and comfortable, the location is also very convenient, getting anywhere is quick.

It's located in District 3 near my Vietnamese friend's house, and I use it every time I visit Ho Chi Minh City. You will become familiar with the hotel staff and they will always welcome you with a smile. It feels more like a guest house than a hotel. The building doesn't have an elevator, so climbing the stairs can be a bit difficult if you're on the upper floors...It's relatively quiet because it's in the middle of a cityscape that's a little off the road. However, depending on the season, you may hear karaoke or singing from the neighborhood at night, although this does not happen every time. There is a Family Mart conveniently located within a 1-2 minute walk around the area. There are so many Vietnamese restaurants that it's hard to choose.

Stayed 3 nights at this simple no frills hotel in a non touristy area on border of district 1 and 3. Located down an alley off a busy road there are 2 buildings. I had the standard 'scandinavian' room. Spacious by local standard with lots of natural light from large windows. Fridge , hot water kettle, good AC and comfortable bed. Fairly quiet Bathroom could have been cleaner but was ok. Old lady at reception spoke no english. No breakfast available but lots of good food options locally including an excellent vegetarian restaurant.
